Objective:1.To investigate the nursing experience and needs of primary caregivers of patients with ischemic stroke, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of personalized intervention plans in the next step.2.Based on Internet technology and the theory of IMB model, this study developed personalized intervention plan for family caregivers of patients with ischemic stroke, and evaluated its influence on family caregivers’ability to care, sense of benefit, burden and patients’blood pressure and blood glucose. Methods:In the first part,13 primary caregivers of ischemic stroke patients were selected as the research subjects by the method of target sampling in the Department of Neurology of our hospital from October 2019 to December 2019.Data were collected by semi-structured interview, and data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step analysis with the help of Nvivo 10.0 software to understand the nursing experience of primary caregivers of ischemic stroke patients. In the second part,a total of 82 carers of patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method.According to random number table method, the subjects were randomly assigned into the intervention and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group adopted usual care, and the intervention group adopted nursing intervention based on Internet+IMB model on the basis of usual care, and the intervention time was 8 weeks. The Comprehensive Care Ability Assessment Questionnaire of Stroke Caregivers,Sense of Benefit Questionnaire and Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview were used to assess the care ability, sense of benefit and care burden of caregivers before intervention and after 8 weeks intervention, meanwhile, the changes of blood pressure and fasting blood glucose in patients with hypertension and hyperglycemia were compared before and after intervention.SPSS20.0 was used forχ~2test,rank sum test and t-test,and the test level wasα=0.05.Results:1.Through the analysis of the interview data, the nursing experience of the main caregivers of patients with ischemic stroke can be summarized into three themes:lack of stroke-related knowledge, heavy care burden, and desire for more social support.2.Before intervention, there were no statistic differences in the scores of care ability,benefit-finding and care burden between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention, the scores of care ability and care burden of caregivers in the intervention group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),the score of health promotion dimension of benefit-finding was higher than those in the control group, but there was no statistic difference(P>0.05),the scores of other dimensions and total scores of benefit-finding were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).3.Before intervention, there were no statistic differences in average blood pressure and fasting blood glucose of patients with hypertension and hyperglycemia between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, there were statistic differences in average systolic blood pressure and fasting blood glucose of patients between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant improvement in diastolic blood pressure(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The caregivers of patients with ischemic stroke have insufficient cognition of the disease and lack corresponding theoretical basic knowledge and nursing skills. The medical staff should strengthen the education of the health knowledge of the caregivers, improve the disease cognition level of the caregivers, and then improve their caring ability.2.The caregivers of ischemic stroke patients have a heavy burden of care, mainly including economic burden, physiological burden and psychological burden. It is an urgent social problem to establish a sound social support system to relieve the burden of caregivers.3.The nursing intervention based on the Internet+IMB model significantly improved the caring ability and sense of benefit of the main caregivers, relieved the burden of the caregivers, improved the blood pressure and blood glucose levels of patients to a certain extent, and had certain clinical significance.
