Objective:To investigate the clinical features and prognosis of multiple myeloma with myelofibrosis. Methods:The clinical data of 263 patients with multiple myeloma(including 92 patients with myelofibrosis)admitted to the department of hematology of our hospital during January 1,2016 and June 31,2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The MM stage,MM type, genetic characteristics and therapeutic effect of the combined group and the uncombined group were observed, and the correlation between the curative effect of the combined group and the degree of myelofibrosis change was analyzed. Results:There is no statistically significant difference in the MM staging and classification of patients with multiple myeloma combined with myelofibrosis and the uncombined group(P>0.05).The positive rate of FISH results in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the non-combined group, and was significantly correlated with 1Q21 amplification,D13S319 deletion, and IGH fracture(P<0.05).After treatment, the effective rate of the non-combined group was significantly higher than that of the combined group, and the degree of fibrosis of the effective patients in the combined group was significantly reduced. Conclusion:The survival rate of patients with multiple myeloma complicated with myelofibrosis is shorter than that of patients without myelofibrosis, and the overall prognosis is poor.
