| Objective:1.Exploring the relationship between the overall burden of different severity CSVD and gait changes;2.Exploring the relationship between gait changes and the overall burden of CSVD under cognitive task interference. Methods:To choose 85 patients with CSVD according to the overall burden of quartering were divided into mild, moderate and severe groups. They were separately simply walking task, the walking task with cognitive task interference(100-7 and animal list).Using wearable devices to analyze and compare step speed, stride length, stride frequency, stride time and coefficient of variation in stride time(CV).Results:Cognitive tasks under interference(100-7 and animal names)walking task, simple tasks on foot, compared with the overall burden CSVD mild group, the walking velocity, stride length, stride frequency of severe group were significantly lower, stride time is extended accordingly, the differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05),while moderate groups of walking velocity, stride length, stride frequency, stride time no significant statistical difference(p > 0.05);In the cognitive task under the interference of gait measurement, compared with the overall burden CSVD mild group, medium group of walking velocity, stride length, stride frequency were relatively mild group decreased, the stride time is extended, differences were statistically significant(p > 0.05),at the same time, moderate group stride time variation coefficient is relatively mild, prompt the gait stability of the overall burden of moderate group was poor.meanwhile, the CV value of moderate group was larger, and the gait stability was poor. Conclusion:The total burden of CSVD was associated with the change of gait, and the total burden of CSVD was associated with the change of gait in the evaluation of gait under cognitive task interference. The gait changes helped to distinguish between patients with mild and moderate overall burdens of CSVD. |
