Objective:18F-DCFPy L-labeled PSMA PET/CT is an internationally advanced nuclear medicine imaging technique for the diagnosis of prostate cancer. The purpose of this study was to preliminarily compare the detection efficacy of 18F-DCFPy L PET/CT and multi-parameter nuclear magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in prostate cancer, and to evaluate the correlation between the maximum standard uptake value of prostate cancer foci and the malignancy degree of prostate cancer. Methods:By retrospective analysis during may 2019 to September 2020 in Shanxi Bethune hospital nuclear medicine line 18F-DCFPy L PET/CT examination of the clinical data of 27patients,comparing mp-MRI and 18F-DCFPy L PET/CT for the detection of prostate cancer and the ability of T stage, comparison the difference of the medium-risk group and the high-risk group stratification SUVmax value, evaluates SUVmax ISUP classification and grouping, prostate specific antigen(PSA)and the correlation of Gleason score. Results:For newly diagnosed prostate cancer patients,18F-DCFPy L PET/CT detection rate was significantly higher than that of mp-MRI(96.30%vs.74.07%,P=0.031).In the 20patients detected by MP-MRI,18F-DCFPYL PET/CT and MP-MRI had the same T staging in 18 cases, with a high similarity(Kappa coefficient 0.84,P<0.001).The SUVmax value in the high-risk group was significantly higher than that in the medium-risk group(P=0.005).There was a moderate correlation between SUVmax and ISUP classification(r=0.587,P=0.01).There was a strong correlation between SUVmax and Gleason score(r=0.622,P=0.01),and a weak correlation between SUVmax and PSA(r=0.380,P=0.05).Conclusion:18F-DCFPy L PET/CT may be better than mp-MRI in the detection of newly diagnosed prostate cancer, but the similarity of T staging ability is very high.SUVmax value may have a good ability to distinguish patients in the middle and high risk groups, and is positively correlated with the degree of malignancy of prostate cancer, which has a high predictive value.
