| Objective: To explore the relationship amongs expression of HOXB9 protien,clinical pathological characteristic,prognosis in endometrial carcinomas to analysis the clinical application value of HOXB9 in the risk stratification of endometrial cancer,and to provide future direction of the mechanism of HOXB9 in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinomas.Methods: 176 cases of endometrial carcinoma were collected from January 2010 to December 2020 in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University and Gansu Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Tissue microarray was used to explore immunohistochemical expression rate of HOXB9.SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze the expression difference of HOXB9 in endometrial cancer tissues and normal endometrial tissues,and the correlation between HOXB9 expression in endometrial cancer tissues and clinicopathological characteristics,as well as the clinical value of HOXB9 in the evaluation of prognosis of endometrial cancer were analyzed.Results:1.The positive rate of HOXB9 protien in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues,p<0.05.2.High expression of HOXB9 was associated with non-endometrioid carcinoma,high histological grade,high FIGO stage,high risk stratification,postoperative recurrence and distant metastasis.In addition,the positive rate of HOXB9 with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis,P =0.056,the sample size should be expanded to further determine the correlation between the two group,Log-rank and Cox regression univariate analysis showed that high HOXB9 expression was associated with decreased overall survival time in endometrial carcinoma,but Cox multivariate analysis showed that the correlation was not clear.Conclusion:1.The positive expression rate of HOXB9 in endometrial carcinomas is significantly higher than that in normal endometrial epithelial tissues,indicating that HOXB9 may play an important role in the development and progression of endometrial carcinomas.2.HOXB9 protein is significantly correlated with the clinicopathological features that suggest poor prognosis of endometrial carcinomas.The survival analysis showed that the high expression of HOXB9 protein is correlated with poor prognosis of endometrial carcinama,indicatiing that HOXB9 is a molecular indicator that can be used to evaluate the poor prognosis of endometrial cancer patients,and can be used for risk stratification of endometrial cancer patients. |
