Object:To identify the differential noncoding RNA(nc RNA)and m RNA expression profiles and competitive endogenous RNA related regulatory networks in invasive and non-invasive nonfunctional pituitary adenomas.Methods:we systematically analyzed the full transcriptome sequencing of invasive and non-invasive nonfunctional pituitary adenomas to evaluate their circular RNA(circ RNA),long-chain noncoding RNA(lnc RNA),mi RNA and m RNA expression profiles.To explore the pathogenesis of invasive nonfunctional pituitary adenomas by constructing a competitive endogenous RNA regulatory network.Results:According to the screening criteria,a total of 118 DEcirc RNA(88 up-regulated and30 down-regulated),105 DElnc RNA(68 up-regulated and 37 down-regulated),43 DEmi RNA(22 up-regulated and 21 down-regulated)and 268 DEm RNA(194up-regulated and 74 down-regulated)were obtained.On this basis,we constructed a competitive endogenous RNA regulatory network related to invasive NFPA,in which hsa-mi R-1248 has the highest connectivity,which may be used as a potential molecular marker and therapeutic target,which is closely related to the invasiveness of nonfunctional pituitary adenomas.Gene ontology(GO)and(KEGG)analysis of Jingdu Encyclopedia of Gene and Genome show that genes such as SMARCE1,NFS1,POLN,STXBP1,TYK2 and ORAI2 involved in chromatin remodeling,sulfur relay system,Fanconi anemia pathway,synaptic vesicle circulation,JAK-STAT signal pathway and calcium signal pathway may play an important role in the pathogenesis of invasive nonfunctional pituitary adenomas.Conclusion:This study further elucidates the regulatory mechanism of invasive and non-invasive nonfunctional pituitary adenomas,and provides a new research idea and target for the treatment of invasive nonfunctional pituitary adenomas...
