| Objective:Investigating infertile couples depression,family pressure and the current situation of the quality of life,through the subject(APIM)infertile couples depression model research,the influence of the bearing pressure couple both quality of life.It attracts the attention of infertile couples and provides theoretical basis for improving and improving the quality of life of couples in the future.Methods:This study is a cross-sectional study.By means of convenient sampling,450 infertile couples were selected from May 2020 to October 2020.The general situation questionnaire,patient health questionnaire-9,Fertility Problem Inventory,Fertility Quality of Life were used to investigate.Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS24.0 and AMOSS24.0.The statistical methods were mainly descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample t test,Pearson correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling.Results:1.In this study,940 questionnaires were distributed,900 valid questionnaires were collected,and the effective rate was 95.74%.2.infertility female depression score(7.23±7.49),spouse depression score(3.24±5.09).The wife’s depression score was higher than that of her husband,and the wife and her husband showed significant difference in depression score(p=0.000<0.05).3.The total score of female fertility stress in 3.infertile couples was 124.57~223.11,the average score was(173.84±49.27),and the total score of female fertility stress was 109.87~214.87,the average score was(161.37±51.50).Both the total score and 5dimensions of female fertility stress were higher than that of their spouses(P<0.05).4.The total score of reproductive quality of life of infertile couples was35.83~75.47,the average score was(55.65±19.82),and the total score of reproductive quality of life of husband was 38.86~83.92,the average score was(61.39±22.53).All the 6 dimensions and total score of wife’s reproductive quality of life were lower than that of her husband,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)5.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the depression of infertile women was significantly correlated with their fertility stress,quality of life,spouse depression,fertility stress and quality of life.6.Husband depression has a significant negative effect on the husband’s quality of life(β=-0.232,p <0.001),Husband fertility stress has a significant negative impact on the husband’s quality of life(β=-0.385,p <0.001),Husband depression has a significant negative effect on the quality of life for his wife(β=-0.250,p <0.001),Wife depression has a significant negative effect on the wife’s quality of life(β=-0.231,p <0.001),Wife fertility stress has a significant negative impact on the wife’s quality of life(β=-0.237,p<0.001),Husband fertility stress has significant negative effects on the quality of life for his wife(β=-0.314,p <0.001).Conclusion:(1)There are gender differences in depression,fertility stress and quality of life between infertile couples.Women have higher levels of depression and reproductive stress than their spouses and lower quality of life than their spouses.(2)There was a positive correlation between the depression of infertile couples,the stress of fertility difficulties and the quality of reproductive life.(3)Subjective effects: Infertile couples’ own depression,fertility stress will negatively predict their own reproductive quality of life;Object effect: Infertile men’s depression,fertility stress will negatively predict the spouse’s reproductive quality of life. |
