| Objective:To explore the difference of Paip1 expression in laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent tissues, and whether the expression intensity of Paip1was correlated with the patient’s age, smoking history, clinical stage of laryngeal carcinoma, lymph node metastasis, recurrence and the relationship between survival rate and Paip1 expression intensity. Methods:Laryngeal carcinoma and its adjacent tissue samples were selected as the subjects from January 2014 to February 2018,A total of 82 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 28 cases of paracancerous tissue were obtained, using Immunohistochemical technique to detect Paip1 expression, collecting the clinical and pathological data of the cases, and than a statistical method was used to analyze the expression difference of Paip1 in laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent tissues.Analyze whether the expression intensity of PAIP1 was correlated with previous smoking history, age of onset, lymph node metastasis, laryngeal cancer clinical stage,T stage, recurrence after treatment, and whether the expression intensity was correlated with the survival rate of patients.Furthermore, the correlation between risk factors and survival time of patients was further analyzed. Results:Of the 82laryngeal cancer samples,58 cases showed Paip1 high expression(85cases/82cases,70.73%),Its high expression rate was significantly higher than that of paracancerous tissue(4cases/28 cases,14.29%),(~*P<0.05);The high expression of Paip1 was significantly correlated with previous smoking habits, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and T stage in patients with laryngeal carcinoma(~*P<0.05);Had no significant correlation with age and recurrence after treatment;Postoperative recurrence was strongly correlated with survival time of laryngeal cancer patients. Conclusions:Compared with paracancerous tissue,Paip1 was more positive in laryngeal carcinoma. The higher the Paip1expression,the higher the clinical stage and T stage, the more lymph node metastasis. |
