| Backgound:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common disease in old age, seriously endangering the health of the elderly, because of theincr ease in smoking and the ageing population in many countries,CCPD incidence is still likely to incr ease.I n recent years,by studying the CCPD,gadually realizing that not only does it involve the lungs,or a systemic disease, and with multiple corrplications, among them osteoporosis osteoporosis(OP)is one of the main complications of COPD.A close relationship between CCPD and bone density, although the specific mechanisms are so far unciear, however, understanding the relationship between the two and its influencing factors is helpful to a corprehensive assessment of the patient’s condition.Though dual energy X line absorption measurement(Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry,DXA))method as the current gold standard for the diagnosis of osteoporosis but there is some selectivity in clinical development. This leadsto a low rateof diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis, often in patients with brittlefracture after a clear diagnosis. It is easier for non-metabolic disease specialists to ignorethe screening and diagnosis of osteoporosis. As a result,in recent years,a nurrber of scholars have used randomized clinical trials through single factor analysis and logistic regession analysis and other statistical analysis methods, discussing the influencing factors of bone density in COPD patients, including old age, smoking body mass index, cytokines, blood calclum,CCPD acute exacerbation times, hormone application, severe lung function grading etc. However, many factors have different views on the possible mechanism and degree of influence on bone mineral density in CCPD patient s,which need further study and confirmation.Method:This paper adopts cluster sarrpling method,From May 2020 to January 2021,50 elderly male CCPD stabla patients in Fuyang area wereselected.Another 50 cases were sel ected as heal t hy controls,To collect general data and measure bone mineral density(BVD),blood calcium(Ca2+),for ced expirat ory vol ume(FEV1%pred),COPD patients were investigated by the CAT test questionnaire,A statistical analysis of the influencing factors of bone mineral density in elderly male COPD patients in Fuyang area.Results:1 There was no significant difference in age between the COPD group and the control grcup(P=0.439).2The BMI、FEV1%pred、blood calcium(20.94±3.17、55.32±1340.213± 0.10)in the control group was less than that in the control goup(22.26± 242.98.38±326.2.19±0.078).3:The lumbar and femoral neck bone density values(0.91±0.17,0.86±0.17)in the COPD group were less than those in the control group(100±0.10,0.95±0.10).the difference was statistically significant(P<0.06).4 lumbar and femoral neck bone density values were cor related with body mass index,FEVT%pred and CAT score(P<0.06),in which bone mineral density was positively correlated with body mass index and FEVT%pred, and negatively correlated with CAT score. Conclusions:COPD osteoporotic secondary to CCPD may be associated with low body weight, decreased lung function and high CAT scores.BMI FEV1%pred and CAT levels can be used as indicators to assist early screening of patients with osteoporosis. |
