In recent years,China’s medical information construction has a certain scale,and the information system has basically covered all functional areas of primary medical institutions.However,in the development process of primary medical informatization,there are many problems,such as various primary medical system related business can not be coordinated,the same medical data can not be shared.It is becoming more and more difficult for grassroots medical staff to obtain valuable information from a large number of medical data,resulting in the waste of human and financial resources of grassroots medical institutions.The practical significance of data center is to realize data integration and data capability precipitation across business domains through data modeling,which provides solutions to the problems existing in the construction of primary medical informatization.In this thesis,based on the knowledge graph and data platform integration of data platform construction scheme,combined with the actual needs of primary medical business,according to the current successful cases of data platform construction in other fields,we design a three-tier architecture of primary medical data platform model,which is data source layer,data governance layer and data service layer:1.The basic data of data paste source layer comes from HIS,TB,LIS,EMRS and other medical systems of 100 primary medical institutions in a city.In this thesis,unified standards and cleaning rules are formulated,and the original data of medical system is extracted and cleaned by ETL Technology.2.The data management layer adopts the scheme of constructing the primary medical knowledge graph for data processing.Firstly,the domain knowledge ontology constructed by Medical Association project is reused and the top-level ontology structure is extracted;Then the cleaned relational data and medical ontology are mapped by similarity mapping algorithm.Finally,the knowledge map data storage and retrieval service is developed based on the flash framework.Data storage combined with pandas technology to realize the conversion of entities and relational tables in relational database into CSV file,and import node and relational data into Neo4j graph database through load statement,so as to realize the persistence of primary medical knowledge graph.The atlas retrieval service is implemented by combining py2neo and Restful microservice technology.3.The data service layer takes the primary medical data center management system as the core,manages the primary medical data center internally and provides data services externally.The system is based on PHP language,combined with Symfony back-end framework and React front-end framework.It uses Axios,RSA and JWT technology to realize data asynchronous request and data security.The system mainly realizes data report,data visualization,service gateway,user management and other functions.
