Song Qingjiang’s Experience In The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based On The Auxiliary System Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objectives: The purpose of this research was by using the TCM Inheritance Support System software(V3.0),to summarize and excavate the clinical experience and the regularity of prescription to treat chronic atrophic gastritis by Song Qingjiang,in order to director of the experience Song Qingjiang,the ideas of inheritance and innovation,to provide a new clinically available combination of traditional Chinese medicine and the theoretical basis for new drug research for further research and treatment of CAG,and to provide new reference and new ideas for future scientific research and clinical practice.Methods: Collected and arrange during 2018.09-2020.12 in the first one hospital of TCM studio Song Qingjiang of baoding city,hebei province,director of the outpatient treatment of the CAG patients first option and conform to the requirements of effective case 361 cases,this platform and sorting,analysis of the input,used the following modules "statistical analysis","prescription analysis","symptoms analysis","tongue analysis",director of Song Qingjiang summarize and analysis the pulse condition analysis of clinical thought for the treatment of the CAG and experience,explore new ideas and new methods for the treatment of the CAG.Results:1.Basic situation: Among the 361 patients first diagnosed,166 were males and 195 were females,and there was no statistical significance in CAG between male and female patients.Most patients were aged between 45 and 65 years old;the frequency in the former three of clinical symptoms from hign to low respectively were stomach bilges,belching and change of regular stool;tongue veins are mainly dark red tongue,thin yellow moss and string smooth veins.On the basis of the classification of TCM diseases,there were 252 patients with gastric ruffian and 109 patients with stomachache.On the basis of the classification of diseases in western medicines,the CAG with erosion is relatively more,230 cases;The most common syndromes of TCM were weakness of middle coke and stagnation of liver and spleen.2.Analysis of prescriptions: from the statistical results of the drugs’ four characters,warm drugs were used the most,accounting for 50.26% of the total,and cold drugs were used the second most,accounting for only 32.99%.The analysis results of "five flavors" showed that the use frequency of occlusal drugs was the highest,accounting for 42.36%,followed by bitter drugs,accounting for 32.99%.The results of sorting and analyzing the meridians of zangfu organs showed that the main meridians were spleen and stomach,the second is the liver and lung meridians.The statistical results of efficacy showed that there were 10 categories in total,among which the regulating qi category was the most used,followed by the warm-li category.The statistical results of drug frequency showed that: 181 Chinese herbs were used in the aggregate,among which the top 10 were orange peel,pinellia pinellia,white peony root,coptidis coptidis,bupleurum sinensis,Perilla stem,rhizoma aromatica,dogwood officinalis,magnolia officinalis and malt.The statistical results of drug dosage in high frequency showed that the conventional dosage,such as Tangerine Peel,Pinellia Pinellia and Fragrance,was all 10 g,the normal dosage of Magnolia officinalis was 20 g,followed by 30 g,10g,25 g,etc.By selecting the appropriate number of support degrees(250)and confidence degrees(0.95),13 patterns can be derived by analyzing the medication patterns in association rules.16 association rules were obtained through rule analysis.Seven core combinations were extracted by cluster analysis.Conclusion:This software(V3.0)was used to collate and analyze the data,and the results were presented in a chart.The main experiences of Director Song Qingjiang in the clinical treatment of CAG were as follows: attaches great importance to advocate liver and spleen harmonization in the treatment of CAG;Strengthen and replenish deficiency,clear heat and detoxify to prevent cancer transformation.It is common to select Chinese herbal medicine with acrid flavor to promote and distribute,bitter medicine with acrid flavor to promote and regulate qi,and cold and warm flavor Chinese herbal medicine are used together,good medication alignment,and emphasis on doctor-patient communication.Through the cluster analysis under the formula analysis module of this software(V3.0),seven core combinations were obtained,which can be used as a reference for new prescriptions.The research of this paper can provide a new reference for the future clinical treatment of CAG theory and prescription selection,and promote the inheritance,development and innovation of Director Song Qingjiang’s mature academic thoughts.It also provides an effective auxiliary tool for in-depth analysis of Director Song Qingjiang’s treatment of CAG,which is conducive to the summary,inheritance and innovation of famous old traditional Chinese medicine’s thoughts and experiences,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
