Objective:To study the effects of acute and chronic hypoxia environment on male reproductive function and the changes after the intervention of double ginseng and radices salepextract of Traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Through the establishment of hypoxia damage animal model,to detect serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),diamine oxidase(DAO),D-lactic acid(DLC),bacterial endotoxin(ET)content,the testis and epididymis body quality,index and tissue morphology change words on research the effect of hypoxia injury to male reproductive function and compound double and the white and extract the repair after injury.Results:Compared with the normal oxygen control group,the serum T concentration of the rats in the blank group for 3 days and the blank group for 21 days with hypoxia decreased significantly(P<0.01).The serum T concentration in the high-dose group decreased significantly(0.01 The serum LH concentration of rats in the hypoxic 3-day blank group and the 21-day blank group decreased significantly compared with the normal oxygen control group(P<0.01).The serum LH concentration in the hypoxic 21-day blank group decreased significantly(0.01 The concentration of FSH in serum of rats in the hypoxic 3-day blank group and the 21-day blank group was increased compared with that in the normal oxygen control group,while the concentration of FSH in each dose group was decreased(except for the hypoxic 3-day high-dose administration group)with no significant change(P>0.05).The serum DAO concentration of rats in the hypoxic 3-day blank group and the 21-day blank group was increased compared with the normal oxygen control group.The serum DAO concentration of rats in the hypoxic 3-day blank group and the high-dose administration group was significantly increased(0.01 The serum DLC concentration of the rats in the 3-day hypoxic blank group and the 21-day hypoxic blank group was increased compared with the normal oxygen control group(P<0.01).The serum DLC concentration of the rats in the 3-day hypoxic low-dose administration group and the high-dose administration group was significantly increased(0.01 The serum DLC concentration of the hypoxic 21-day group was significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the normal oxygen control group,the serum ET concentration in the blank group for 3 days and the blank group for 21 days of hypoxia increased significantly(P<0.01),and the serum ET concentration in the high-dose group for 3days of hypoxia and 21 days of hypoxia increased significantly(P<0.01).The serum ET concentration in the low dose group increased significantly(0.01 Compared with the normal oxygen control group,the rats in the 3-day and 21-day blank groups showed disordered testicular structure under light microscope,unclear spermatogenic cells,reduced number,and inflammatory cell infiltration,degeneration,necrosis,and abscess in the lumen.Interstitial blood vessels dilate and congestion,some blood cells infiltrate into the lumen;The structure of epididymis was unclear and the epithelial cells were edema.The number of spermatocytes and spermatozoa in the lumen was low due to the rupture of epididymis.Interstitial congestion,etc.Compared with the hypoxic blank group,testicular tissue structure was clearer,spermatogenic cells were more distinct and the number of spermatogenic cells increased.The number of degeneration and necrosis cells in lumen decreased.There was still a small amount of blood vessel congestion in the stroma.The structure of epididymis was relatively intact and the number of spermatozoa and spermatozoa in the lumen increased.The fracture of epididymal duct was reduced,the number of degeneration and necrosis cells in the lumen was reduced,and the edema of cuboidal epithelial cells was alleviated.Conclusion: The compound double ginseng radices salep can improve the reproductive function of male SD rats with acute and chronic hypoxia injury.
