| Objective:To explore the level and clinical significance of interleukin-7(IL-7)in serum and urine at different stages of the course of chronic hepatitis.Methodology:This study collected 147 human serum and urine samples from 123 people(collected both serum and urine samples from 24 people, serum samples from 37 people, and urine samples from 62 people). Then divided the samples into healthy control group,A1 group, totally 30 cases(13 cases of serum samples,17 cases of urine samples),chronic hepatitis group,A2 group, totally 64 cases(24 cases of serum samples,40 cases of urine samples),liver cirrhosis group,A3 group,totally53 cases(24 cases of serum samples,29 cases of urine samples).Using an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to measure the level of IL-7 in the samples.Serum albumin(ALB),liver elastic hardness(KPA)and other indexes were also detected and then analysed their correlation with interleukin 7.SPSS 24.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the data, and P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:The level of IL-7 was different in serum and urine of healthy people, chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis. The level of IL-7 in liver cirrhosis group was the lowest(3.59±3.16 pg/ml in serum,3.21±1.87 pg/ml in urine),while the level of IL-7 in healthy control group was the highest(9.02±8.24 pg/ml in serum,4.01±3.08 pg/ml in urine).Serum A1 group and A3 group P = 0.038 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;there was no statistically significant difference between the other groups of the serum samples(P > 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the difference of P > 0.05 among the urine samples.Serum IL-7 was positively correlated with ALB(r = 0.226,P = 0.041 < 0.05),and the correlation was significant.Serum IL-7 was negatively correlated with liver hardness(r =-0.258,P= 0.045 < 0.05),and the correlation was significant.Urine IL-7 had a significant positive correlation with ALB(r = 0.221,P = 0.046 < 0.05).There was a negative correlation between urine IL-7 and liver hardness(r =-0.127,P = 0.26 > 0.05),but the correlation was not significant. Conclusion:In different stages of the progression of chronic hepatitis, there are differences in the level of serum IL-7.IL-7 levels are closely related to liver fibrosis, and IL-7 may have a certain effect of delaying or inhibiting liver fibrosis. |
