Research On The Academic Thought Of Liu Yimings Ophthalmology Enlightenment

Objective: to analyze Liu Yiming’s ophthalmology enlightenment,including the theory of diagnosis,the articles of syndrome and treatment,the prescription drugs and the methods of making and taking,systematically summarize the ideological characteristics of Liu Yiming’s diagnosis and treatment,in order to guide the clinical application of TCM ophthalmology.Methods: through the collection of Gansu University of traditional Chinese medicine books and How Net Literature Library,the relevant literature,according to the collation and comparison of "ophthalmology enlightenment" in Liu Yiming’s academic inheritance origin,syndrome and treatment provisions,prescription drugs and preparation method and "scan Yaohan" and other ancient books,systematic and in-depth analysis of Liu Yiming’s "ophthalmology enlightenment" academic theory characteristics.Results: the academic origin of Liu Yiming’s ophthalmology enlightenment can be traced back to the period of Neijing,which absorbed the ophthalmology monographs of various dynasties Ophthalmology enlightenment was written in Qing Dynasty,later than examining Yao Han,and there are many similar treatises on syndrome differentiation and treatment.His academic thoughts are mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)citing classics,making it clear that the eyes gather meridians and rely on Qi,blood and essence to nourish them(2)Pay attention to Xuanfu theory and use Tongsan Jieyu method(3)Five rounds and eight outline diagnosis were used to identify the relationship between the lesion parts of ophthalmopathy(4)Pay attention to syndrome differentiation of viscera,mainly syndrome differentiation of systemic symptoms,etc(5)There are plenty of drug forms,which can be strengthened by different ways of taking medicine,and acupuncture and moxibustion are also used for external treatment(6)The way of food and things should be carefully maintained(7)Drug compatibility and common ophthalmic drug pairs(8)Modern doctors inherit and develop the theory of Ophthalmology enlightenment.Conclusion:(1)based on the classics,Liu Yiming expounded the principles,methods,prescriptions an ibed in detail(3)The method of medication is based on Yin and Yang,and on the number of operation(4)Daily life,health care,pay attention to solid health,and seasonal,physical fit.
