| Objective:The aim of the study is to explore the effect of comprehensive intervention based on the Information-Motivation-Behavioral skills model on maternal pelvic floor recovery. To provide more reference for clinically formulating scientific postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation plan and improving the effect of maternal pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods:Participants who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the postpartum reexamination clinic of The Third the People’s Hospital of Bengbu,Anhui Province from August to October 2020 were selected.Ninety participants were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group by drawing lots, with 45 cases in each group.Participants of the control group were provided routine postpartum pelvic floor care, and the intervention group were providedon the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention based on the IMB model, for a total of 3 months of intervention. All participants were investigated by general information questionnaire,Glazer pelvic floor surface electromyography,PFDI-20,SAS,BPMSES and pelvic floor dysfunction knowledge questionnaire on the first day of the study. The outcome data were collected within 1 week after the intervention. The outcome data were comprised of Glazer pelvic floor surface electromyography score,PFDI-20 score,SAS score,BPMSES score, and pelvic floor dysfunction knowledge questionnaire score, compliance questionnaire score for parturient pelvic floor exercise and the mastery of pelvic floor muscle training skills. The outcome data and the baseline data were collected by a same researcher.Data were arranged through Excecl, and data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0.Assessed the impact of integrated nursing interventions based on IMB skills models on maternal pelvic floor function recovery.Results:1.Comparison of Glazer pelvic floor surface EMG score: the score of the intervention group(74.60±11.42)was higher than that of the control group(60.67±15.45),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of intra-group comparison showed that the EMG scores of the control group were not significantly different before and after the intervention(P>0.05),the intervention group’s score increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The PFDI-20 score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the PFDI-20 score of the control group before and after the intervention(P>0.05);the score of the intervention group showed a downward trend(P<0.05).3.The comparison between groups showed that the knowledge score of the intervention group(61.10±9.02)was higher than that of the control group(46.29±9.96),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison within the group showed that the score of the knowledge questionnaire after the intervention of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).4.A comparison of the BPMSES score: the score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the time before the intervention, the score of the control group dropped significantly(P<0.05),and the intervention group’s score increased significantly(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the mastery of pelvic floor muscle training skills : After the intervention, the mastery rate of skills in the control group was 42%,the mastery rate of the intervention group was 95%,and the mastery of the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).6.Pelvic floor exercise compliance of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At a good level of compliance, the intervention group had a significantly higher number of people(60%)than that in the control group(2.63%).7.After the intervention, the SAS score of the intervention group(24.80±5.28)was lower than that of the control group(28.92 ± 5.15),and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the pre-intervention,the score of the control group increased significantly after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The comprehensive nursing intervention based on the IMB model can effectively promote the recovery of maternal pelvic floor function, optimize the pelvic floor function, and promote women’s health.2.Intervention measures based on the IMB model can enrich maternal pelvic floor knowledge and improve maternal cognition of pelvic floor dysfunction, improve the self-efficacy of the parturients in exercise, can also effectively improve mastery rate of pelvic floor muscle training skills, increase maternal exercise compliance, and improve pelvic floor exercise behavior. |
