| Flueggea virosa is an important plant in the Euphorbiaceae.The main active ingredients are alkaloids and terpenoids,which have anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-malarial,anti-acetylcholinease and other activities.The thesis mainly reported chemical constituents of Flueggea virosa.Totally 42 compounds were isolated by silica gel chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and RP-18 chromatography from the plant.The structures of these compounds were identified by NMR,MS and their physico-chemical data.44 compounds were isolated and described from the twigs and leaves of Flueggea virosa.The compounds were securinine(1),virosecurinine(2),14,15-dihydroviro securinine(3),2-episecurinol(4),secuamamain E(5),virosine B(6),securinol B(7),securinol A(8),ent-phyllanthidine(9),norsecurinine(10),14,15-dihydro-norsecurinine(11),14α-methoxy-13,14-dihydronosecurinine(12),14β-methoxy-13,14-dihydronosecurinine(13),14β-hydroxy-13,14-dihydronosecurinine(14),bubbialidine(15),niruroidine(16),norsecurinamine B(17),fluevirosine A(18),2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline(19),10α,12-dihydroxy-13-methyl-9(10 →20)-abeo-entpodocarpa-8,11,13-trien-3-one(20),heudelotinone(21),3β,12-dihydroxy-13-methyl-6,8,11,13-podocarpatetraen(22),3β,12-dihydroxy-13-methyl-5,8,11,13-podocarpatetraen-7-one(23),3β,12-dihydroxy-13-methyl-podocarpane-8,10,13-trene(24),1-(7-hydroxy-2,6-dimethyl-1-naphthyl)-4-methyl-3-pentanone(25),glochidone(26),lupeol acetate(27),glut-5-en-ol(28),maslinic acid(29),methyl maslinate(30),β-sitosterol(31),daucosterol(32),3β-hydroxystigmasta-5,22-dien-7-one(33),kaempferol(34),α-tocopherol(35),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(36),vanillic acid(37),4-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester(38),2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde(39),4-nitrophenol(40),ethyl 2,4-dihydroxybenzoate(41)and gallic acid(42).Compound 20 is new rearranged ent-podocarpanes.Compounds 21,24,26,28-30,33 and 35-41 were obtained from Flueggea virosa for the first time.Finally,the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Flueggea virosa were reviewed. |
