An Analysis Of Risk Factors For In-stent Restenosis

Objective: In order to analyze the risk factors of coronary stent restenosis,the clinical data which is easily obtained should be used to predict the occurrence of coronary stent restenosis.In this way it will provide an accurate,simple and feasible method to prevent the occurrence of coronary stent restenosis.Methods: A total amount of 160 patients,With coronary heart disease,who successfully received coronary stent implantation in Ningxia People’s Hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 and completed coronary angiography or coronary CTA in following 0.5-5years after the operation,will be studied based on different case-reporting.According to the results of coronary angiography or coronary CTA,patients will be divided into two groups:Stent restenosis group(34 cases)and non-stent restenosis group(126 cases).The medical history,the coronary artery lesion characteristics,clinical biochemical indicators and support situation are key factors.These difference of the factors in these data will be statistically studied by logistic regression analysis.Results:(1)The statistical differences between ISR group and non-ISR group were as follows: hypersensitive C-reactive protein,complement C3,complement C4,immunoglobulin G,apolipoprotein A1,antiplatelet therapy,stent implantation time,number of stents,stent length and stent diameter with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)The difference in the general information of clinical serological indexes multivariable Logistic regression analysis results showed that: allergic CRP,C3,complement C4,igg,irregular antiplatelet therapy is associated with coronary artery stent restenosis.But a positive correlation,while level of apolipoprotein A1 and negatively correlated with coronary stent restenosis was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)The stenting cases meaningful indicators multivariable Logistic regression analysis results showed that: stent for a long time,the number of stents,stent length is longer than the more related to coronary artery stent restenosis are positively related.And the larger diameter stents and coronary stent restenosis are negatively correlated with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:.Higher levels of hypersensitive c-reactive protein,C3,complement C4,irregular igg and antiplatelet therapy are independent risk factors of coronary stent restenosis.And higher levels of apolipoprotein A1 is a protective factor of coronary stent restenosis.A larger stent implanted quantity,a longer period of time and a longer length are the independent risk factors of coronary artery stent in inner diameter.And larger stents are protective factors of coronary stent restenosis.
