| Objective To survey the clinical therapeutic effect of intravenous administration of nicorandil in patients with STEMI who carried out primary PCI.To probe into the therapeutic effect of intravenous nicorandil on the prognosis of STEMI patients after primary PCI,so as to provide clinical data for treatment of STEMI.Methods In all of 128 STEMI patients who accorded with the selection criteria from December 2019 to September 2020 and successfully carried out primary PCI treatment in the Department of Cardiovascular Center of Ningxia People’ s Hospital were divided into treatment groups(with intravenous nicorandil after surgery)69patients and control group 59 patients randomly. They were all taken orally aspirin300 mg,atorvastatin 40-80 mg or rosuvastatin 20 mg,clopidogrel 600 mg or ticagrelor 180 mg before operation. Both groups were conventional taken orally postoperative secondary prevention. The patients in the treatment group were received continuous intravenous administration of nicorandil at a rate of 2-4mg/h for 24 h after surgery, but to adjust the speed on the basis of patients’ blood, heart rate and other clinical features.Statistics the MACE within 3 months in the two groups of patients. Results 1.There was no significant difference in general clinical data between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).2.In the treatment group,84 stents were implanted in140 lesions, and in the control group,60 stents were implanted in 111 lesions. There was no significant difference in the patients’ site of lesion, number of lesion, site of stent implantation and number of stent implantation between the two groups(P >0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the use of drugs other than nicorandil between the two groups after surgery(P > 0.05).4.There was no significant difference in major cardiac adverse events in the two groups of patients at 3 months after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion There are no significant effect on prognosis of intravenous administration of nicorandil after patients with STEMI carried out primary PCI. |
