Despite of remarkable trend setting innovation in a wide range of pathology,cancer growth stays still a daunting issue on the planet.Cancer turns out to be incurable when spotted at advanced period,yet experts are exceptionally hopeful to fix the disease completely whenever analyzed at the beginning period.Obviously,initial symptoms of cancer are not dependable,furthermore,routine pathological checkups cost money and time,likewise,have a low accuracy.Hence,it’s direly essential to locate a helpful,speedy and exact approach for early diagnosis of disease.In situ synthesized integrated nanoclusters promise a novel remedy for carcinogenic cells imaging.Moreover,they have the capacity to incorporate with various therapeutics.However,in any case;theses nanoclusters have limitation as drug carriers.Keeping in view these above facts,we have developed a new and facile way to diagnose cancer at early stage and treat it effectively.Nano-sized cellular vesicles i.e.Exosomes,can transfer biosynthesized Silver nanoclusters therapeutics without causing any immune response.Last decades have observed an extra ordinary study on Exosomes.They can transfer nucleic acids such as DNA,messenger RNA and even noncoding RNA,proving them an attractive direction of research into pathogenesis of different diseases including Cancer.In this dissertation,we have proposed a system to image neoplastic cells using silver nanoclusters and treat cancer using Exosomes and DNA as a cargo to deliver drug to the targeted cells.Our study demonstrates that biosynthesized fluorescent Ag nanoclusters can only occur in neoplastic cells and does not take place at normal ells such as L02.In a single word we can say this exploration comprises of following contents:1.The neoplastic cells’ self-imaging models were established by the in situ biosynthesized fluorescent Ag NCs.Results demonstrate that these nanoclusters have excellent biocompatibility and can effectively target to cancerous cells including He La cells.2.Exosomesare effectively used as a cargo to deliver drug i.e.doxorubicin to the targeted cells.
