Objective:To explore the effect of platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and monocyte to HDL-C ratio(MHR)on therapeutic efficacy and short-term prognosis quality in postmenopausal female with St-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 postmenopausal female patients with STEMI in our D epartment of Cardiology from August 2017 to December 2018.According to whether major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)occurred after PCI,86 postmenopausal female STEMI patients were divided into MACE group(28 cases)and non-MACE group(58 cases). The basic clinical data, biochemical indexes, coronary angiography and interventional therapy were compare d between the two groups The independent risk factors for MACE in postmenopausal female STEMI patients after PCI were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression. The predictive value of PLR and MHR for MACE in postmenopausal female STEMI patients after PCI were analyzed by ROC curve.Results:1.The age of patients in the MACE group was significantly higher that in the non-MACE group, the menopausal time of patients in the MACE group was significantly longer than that in the non-MACE group, all above had statistical difference(P<0.05).2.The levels of estradiol and lymphocyte in the MACE group were significantly lower than those in the non-MACE group, the levels monocytes,MHR,platelet volume and PLR in the MACE group were significantly higher than those in the non-MACE group, all above had statistical difference(P<0.05).3.The proportion of patients with grade Killip Ⅲ~Ⅳ,blood flow TIMI≤1 before PCI,and severe thrombus load the MACE group were significantly higher than those in the non-MACE group, the focal vessel length in the MACE group was significantly longer than that in the non-MACE group, all above had statistical difference(P<0.05).4.The multivariate Logistic analysis showed that PLR,MHR,age,LVEF,monocytes level, lymphocytes level, focal vessel length were independent risk factors for MACE in postmenopausal female STEMI patients after PCI(P<0.05).5.The ROC curve analysis showed that PLR and MHR predicted the area under the curve of MACE in postmenopausal female STEMI patients after PCI was 0.718 and 0.696,respectively,and the optimal critical values were 177.68 and 1.21,respectively.the specificity was 0.682 and 0.663,and the sensitivity was 0.726 and 0.681,respectively.Conclusion:The levels of PLR and MHR are independent risk factors for short-term prognosis quality in postmenopausal female STEMI patients after PCI.Meanwhile, the levels of PLR and MHR could predict the prognosis quality of postmenopausal female STEMI patients after PCI,which has certain value.
