ObjectivesTo study the distribution of pathogenic bacteria, drug resistance and the main risk factors for Stroke-associated pneumonia(SAP)in the region, and to avoid high-risk factors in the early stages, and to guide stroke related pneumonia in the absence of drug sensitivity results.Improve the therapeutic effect of empirical antibiotic selection and reduce the fatality rate.MethodsRetrospective study of Stroke-associated pneumonia patients at the Fourth Central Hospital of Tianjin ICU,the 464 Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army, and the Airport Hospital of Tianjin Medical University, according to the stroke diagnosis criteria revised at the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease in 1995.,and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI,Including ischemic stroke(cerebral infarction)and hemorrhagic stroke(cerebral hemorrhage)divided into 276 cases in SAP group and 236 cases in non-SAP group, the distribution of pathogenic germs and antibiotic resistance were analyzed, and a number of related risk factors were evaluated.ResultsGram-negative bacilli are the main bacteria causing the onset of SAP,mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Escherichia coli,Enterobacter cloacae,etc.;Gram-positive cocci are Staphylococcus aureus, epidermis Staphylococcus,Streptococcus pneumoniae, etc. The incidence of SAP is related to advanced age, history of stroke, hypertension, diabetes, and smoking history.ConclusionsThe pathogens of stroke-associated pneumonia are mainly Gram-negative bacilli, and there are different degrees of drug resistance, which are similar to the pathogens of hospital-acquired pneumonia.Risk factors include advanced age, history of stroke, hypertension, diabetes, smoking history and so on.
