Vine tea is a kind of similar to tea plants,and in recent years,the tea or tea with other health care products of compound products become more and more popular,people to Vine tea in-depth research and development,its main chemical components,physiological activity,mechanism of action has been gradually understood by the people,but there is no perfect Vine tea quality standard control quality of industrialization.The research contents are as follows:(1)optimize the extraction methods of flavonoids,polysaccharides and tea polyphenols in Vine tea and determine their contents;(2)The water,ash,fat,protein,and PH of Vine tea tea were measured and analyzed according to the national standards of the People’s Republic of China and the methods of Chinese Pharmaco-poeia,determine its content,establish the quality standard of Vine tea.(1)optimize the extraction methods of flavonoids,polysaccharides and tea polyphenols in Vine tea and determine their contentsThe content of crude polysaccharide was 1.73%;and the content of tea polyphenol was 18.5%;and the extraction method of total flavonoids was studied by orthogonal test with ethanol as extraction solvent.The effects of extraction temperature,ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on the content of total flavonoids in Vine tea were investigated by single factor experiments,the results showed that when the extraction temperature was 70 ℃,the ethanol concentration was 80%,the solid-liquid ratio was 1:25,and the extraction time was 1h,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Vine tea was8.536%.(2)The water,ash,fat,protein,and PH of Vine tea were measured and analyzed according to the national standards of the People’s Republic of China and the methods of Chinese Pharmaco-poeia,determine its content,establish the quality standard of Vine teaAccording to the national standard and Pharmacopoeia of the people’s Republic of China,the moisture,ash,fat,protein,p H and other parameters in Vine tea weredetected and analyzed,and the content was determined as follows: moisture 5.28%,ash 5.12%,p H 5.84,fat 1.9%,protein 0.96%,and extract 49%.The quality standard of rattan tea was established.
