In the field of analysis,sample pretreatment is essential to reduce matrix interference,improve extraction efficiency,and increase sensitivity.Among them,pipette-tip solid-phase extraction is an optimized solid phase extraction method.It has the advantages of small volume,less consumption of adsorbed dose,less consumption of solvent,simple operation,high time efficiency and versatility.Based on this,a series of analytical methods were established in this paper combined with pipette-tip solid-phase extraction to separate and purify flavonoids in food.(1)In this experiment,five different aromatic and aliphatic compounds were used to modify florisil and applied to pipette-tip solid-phase extraction.The obtained materials were analyzed by characterization and adsorption experiments in turn.The modified materials exhibited superior pore structure,specific surface area,and adsorption performance compared to florisil.During the pipette-tip solid-phase extraction,the factors that affect the extraction efficiency were optimized,including washing solvents and eluent solvents.The best conditions were obtained,and then the methodology was verified.The results showed that the modified materials have good extraction and purification performance for rutin in orange peel samples.The spiked recovery range was 83.66–98.40% and the relative standard deviation was less than 3.50%(2)In the experiment,graphene oxide was modified by doping with boron and nitrogen heteroatoms and deep-eutectic solvents.The obtained materials were combined with tube pipette-tip solid-phase extraction to determine the content of myricetin and rutin in tea samples.Seven kinds of characterization analysis and adsorption experiments were performed on the obtained materials.Compared with graphene oxide,the modified materials have layered structure with more loose interlayers and better permeability.Static and dynamic adsorption also showed better adsorption capacity.Through optimization,a reliable analytical method was established for the efficient detection and separation of target analytes in tea.The method recovery rate of myricetin was 70.61 %-99.77 %,the method recovery rate of rutin was 76.58-98.14%,and the relative standard deviations meet the requirements.
