Lizhong Decoction Acupoint APPlication Ameliorates Deficiency Cold Of Spleen And Stomach Syndrome After Chemotherapy In Patients With Gastric Cancer

Objective:Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,guided by the theory of meridians and acuPoints,the study researches the effect of Lizhong Decoction acuPoint aPPlication on sPleen stomach deficiency cold syndrome after gastric cancer chemotherapy,and analyzes its Possible mechanism.The study was designed to exPlore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on gastrointestinal side effects after chemotheraPy in Patients with gastric cancer,and its role in imProving the treatment effect and the quality of life.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,130 Patients who were hospitalized in Ningjin HosPital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two grouPs.The experimental grouP:Lizhong Decoction acuPoint aPPlication combined with metocloPramide and chemotheraPy anti-tumor.The drugs in Lizhong Decoctionwith white mustard seed were made into ultra-fine Powder,mixed with ginger juice,and aPPlied to Zusanli,Pishu and Xuehai.The control grouP:metocloPramide combined with chemotheraPy for anti-tumor,and blank acuPoint aPPlication was used as the control.The two grouPs were observed for 14 days.The efficacy indexes KPS score,ZPS score,TCM syndrome score and main symPtom score of the two grouPs before and after treatment were observed and analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment Tumor markers,blood routine test,fecal occult blood and other indicators related to gastric cancer were detected to evaluate the treatment effect.The safety indexes of routine urine test,liver and kidney function,EORTC QLQ-CIPN20 score were analyzed and comPared to evaluate the safety of the treatment.Results:1.KPS score and ZPS score before and after treatment:KPS and ZPS scores in the experimental grouP were better than those in the control grouP((P<0.05),Which showed that Lizhong Decoction acuPoint aPPlication combined with metocloPramide can better imProve the quality of life and Physical condition of gastric cancer Patients after chemotheraPy.2.TCM syndrome and main symPtom score before and after treatment:The analysis between grouPs showed that the decrease of TCM syndrome score and main symPtom score in the experimental grouP was better than that in the control grouP(P<0.05),indicating that Lizhong Decoction acuPoint aPPlication combined with metocloPramide can effectively imProve the sPleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome of gastric cancer Patients after chemotheraPy.3.ComPared with before and after treatment,the tumor markers of gastric cancer in the two grouPs were significantly decreased after treatment.The tumor markers of Patients with gastric cancer treated by Lizhong Decoction acuPoint aPPlication Plus metocloPramide combined with chemotheraPy decreased more significantly than those in the control grouP,and could reduce MyelosuPPressionand uPPer gastrointestinal bleeding after chemotherapy,4.Statistical analysis the safety indicators after treatment,there was no significant difference before and after treatment.Conclusion:Lizhong Decoction acuPoint aPPlication combined with metocloPramide can significantly imProve the sPleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome after chemotheraPy,imProve the quality of life and Physical condition of Patients,enhance the anti-tumor effect of chemotheraPy,and reduce the side effects of chemotheraPy drugs.
