| With the improvement of living standard and the enhancement of health consciousness,people have a higher demand for the social healthcare services.The livelihood problem of difficulty to see a doctor needs to be solved urgently.The embarrassed situation of the full big hospitals while the deserted small hospitals has emerged because of the imperfect integration of medical resources and the graded diagnosis treatment system has not yet been established,which is difficult for patients to obtain convenient and quick basic medical services.With the development of the information age,"Internet+" has gradually become the key to solve these problems and rewrite the history of medical industry application.Cloud hospital,which utilizes cloud computing,internet of things,mobile Internet and sensor technology,was born.It integrates the patients’ diagnosis and treatment process in various cloud hospitals effectively.On the one hand,it can efficiently utilize the high-quality medical resources of core hospitals,On the other hand,it can also make full use of the shunting ability of ordinary hospitals,which greatly improve the efficiency and quality of medical treatment,so as to meet people’s medicalcare needs.Using the simulation optimization method and optimal computing budget allocation strategy to solve and optimize the patient appointment scheduling problem in cloud hospital.In order to ensure that the new Internet+medical model could operate efficiently,the following aspects had been studied:Firstly,the corresponding simulation model was established through enterprise researching and literature reviewing and then understanding the overall workflow of each cloud hospital and the role positioning and collaboratiion among them.Secondly,based on the understanding of the nature of cloud hospital operation management,refining one of the key scientific issues for in-depth study,which was the patient reservation scheduling problem in the cloud hospital by the simulation modeling work.Finally,a patient reservation scheduling algorithm based on simulation optimization was designed by using genetic algorithm and optimal computing budget allocation strategy of intelligent algorithm.The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm was verified by a series of simulation experiments.It was found that the established cloud hospital simulation model could describe the uncertainty and overall process and solve the problems of appointment scheduling of patients effectively. |
