Objective:The purpose of this study is to analyze the sensitivity and specificity of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound,two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound combined with atemporal image correlation(STIC)technology in the diagnosis of common congenital vascular rings,and to explore the B method in the diagnosis of common congenital vascular rings.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted from January 2017 to January 2020,seventy-five fetuses(29.3-5.2 years of age and 20-24 weeks of gestation)were diagnosed as congenital vascular ring(CVR)in pregnant women attending hospitals in Jimo district of Qingdao,Binzhou Medical College Yantai Hospital and Jinan Maternal and Child Health Hospital.According to the age of pregnant women,they were divided into non elderly group(<35 years old)and elderly group(≥35 years old).All pregnant women underwent two-dimensional ultrasound+color doppler ultrasound(A method),two-dimensional ultrasound+color doppler ultrasound+time-space correlation imaging(STIC)(B method).To compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two techniques in the diagnosis of different types of congenital vascular rings,and to analyze the application value of two-dimensional ultrasound+color doppler ultrasound+atemporal image correlation(STIC)in the diagnosis of congenital vascular rings.The accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of A and B methods were compared by 2 tests,and P<0.05 was the difference.Result:1.Of the 75 confirmed cases of congenital circumferential vascular rings,49(49/75)were RAA+ALSA+LDA,among them,29 cases were isolated RAA+ALSA+LDA.18 cases were ARSA(18/75),among them 16 cases were isolated ARSA,5 cases were DAA(5/75),3 cases were PAS,RAA+ALSA +LDA was the most common congenital vascular rings.There were 50 cases with isolated congenital vascular rings,17 cases with Cardiac malformations,10 cases with Non-cardiac malformation,17 cases with chromosome or soft index abnormality,2 cases with Cardiac malformations and Non-cardiac malformation.2.Method A detected 70 cases of vascular rings,the detection rate was about 93%,63 cases were diagnosed,the diagnosis rate was 84%;method B detected 75 cases of vascular rings,the detection rate was 100%,72 cases were diagnosed,the diagnosis rate was 96%.Method Bin the diagnosis of congenital vascular rings was higher than that of Method A the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the incidence of fetal congenital vascular rings between the non elderly group(age<35)and the elderly group(age ≥35).The incidence of fetal congenital vascular rings was not necessarily related to the age of pregnant women.Conclusion:1.The combined use of fetal echocardiography can be sensitive to RAA+ALSA+LDA and DAA.STIC technique has a high specificity in the differential diagnosis of congenital vascular rings,such as RAA+ALSA+LDA,DAA,PAS,etc.The combination of the two methods can evaluate different types of congenital vascular ring accurately and non-invasively,and improve the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of congenital vascular rings.2.The congenital vascular ring can exist in isolation,and can also be accompanied by multiple intracardiac and extracardiac malformations,some chromosome and soft index abnormalities.3.There is no relationship between the incidence of congenital vascular rings and the age of pregnant women.
