| Objective:Animal studies have shown that cysteine rich intestinal protein 2(Crip2)with double zinc finger structure is widely distributed in animal cardiovascular system and can regulate various pathophysiological functions of cardiovascular system through multiple signaling pathways. This paper begins with the distribution level of Crip2 in each course of coronary heart disease and its basic content with the severity of coronary heart disease, and analyzes the serum Crip2 level of each group of coronary heart disease patients. To explore the possible mechanism of Crip2 in the development and prognosis of coronary heart disease. Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,241 patients were randomly selected for coronary angiography after attending cardiology department of Taizhou people’s Hospital and excluding related taboos, combined with clinical manifestations and coronary angiography results, patients were divided into coronary heart disease group(at least one coronary artery stenosis ≥50%,n=159)and control group(CG,coronary artery stenosis<50%,n=82).Coronary heart disease group patients according to their clinical course of progression, were subdivided into serval groups:stable angina group(SAP,n=34),unstable angina group(UAP,n=80)and acute myocardial infarction group(AMI,n=45),a total of 3 groups.Assessment of severity of coronary artery disease based on Gensini score,Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,)test ELISA)determination of serum Crip2 concentrations. Results:Compared with the control group, the CHD group were also higher in Age,smoking rate, prevalence of hypertension and hyperlipidemia,as well as WBC、NT-proBNP(P<0.05).The SBP、DBP、HDL-C、LVEF in the CHD group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Difference was not statistically significant in the remaining basic indicators included gender, diabetes prevalence,TG、TC、BMI、LDL-C、CRP differences(P>0.05).Meanwhile,Compared to the control group,Serum Crip2 levels were significantly higher in patients with coronary heart disease, difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The comparison between the subgroups of patients with coronary heart disease and the control group showed that,UAP&oup>AMI group>SAP group>CG group; In terms of hypertension,UAP group>AMI group>AMI group>SAP group; At the SBP level,CG group>UAP group>UAPgroup>SAP group,And in the LVEF,UAP group>CG group>CG group>SAP group;Of age,WBC and CRP are AMI group>UAP group>SAP group>CG group, and the above comparison results are different in statistical level However, there was no significant difference between the other baseline data(P>0.05).Crip2 levels were higher in each subgroup than in the control group, differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),In the coronary heart disease intergroup comparison,Crip2 levels were compared among different groups of coronary heart disease,Unstable angina>acute myocardial infarction>stable angina, all the differences were significantly different(p<0.01).The distribution of Gensini score in the coronary heart disease subgroup is as follows, unstable angina group>stable angina group>acute myocardial infarction group. But,no significant difference was found between unstable angina group and stable angina group(p=0.403).Serum Crip2 levels were positively correlated with age, hypertension,Gensini with age, hypertension,Gensini score, troponin T,and smoking rate, but not with other factors.Serum Crip2 level is not an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease, but it has high predictive value for the severity of coronary heart disease.Conclusion:1.Crip2 levels were higher in patients with coronary heart disease group than those in the control group.2.The Crip2 level of unstable angina pectoris group was the highest and the Crip2 level of stable angina pectoris group was the lowest.3.For the severity of coronary heart disease,Serum Crip2 level may have high predictive value to some extent. |
