| Objective:To detect the expression of CD 163+macrophages,CD 8+T cells and CD34 in colorectal adenocarcinoma,and to explore the correlation between CD163+macrophages,CD8+T cells,Microvascular Density(MVD)and the clinicopathological factors of the patients were investigated.To research the another possibility of anti-angiogenic therapy in colorectal cancer microenvironment.aiming to provide clues for exploring new anti-tumor treatments.Methods:Retrospectively collected 61 cases of primary colorectal adenocarcinoma from August 2016 to September 2019,Set the cancer tissue as an experimental group,corresponding distant cancer tissues(more than 5 cm from cancer tissues)were set as control groups.To collect and collate the clinicopathological data of 61 patients,According to sex,age,tumor growth site,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis.The expression of CD163+macrophages,CD8+T cells and CD34 in colorectal adenocarcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical staining,SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the experimental data,To study correlation between CD163+macrophages,CD8+T cells and MVD expression and clinicopathological factors.Results:The expression of CD163、CD8、MVD in cancer tissues and non-cancer tissues was significantly different(p<0.01).There was significant positive correlation between CD163 and MVD(p<0.001);There is a negative correlation between CD8 and MVD(p=0.012);There was a significant negative correlation between CD8 and CD163(p=0.003),CD163 expression was associated with colorectal adenocarcinoma differentiation,lymphatic metastasis,distant metastasis,TNM staging(p<0.05),independent of patient sex,age,tumor location(p>0.05).MVD was associated with tumor location,differentiation,lymphatic metastasis,distant metastasis,TNM staging(p<0.05),independent of the patient’s sex,age(p>0.05).CD8 were not associated with sex,age,tumor location,differentiation degree,TNM stage,lymphatic metastasis,distant metastasis in patients with colorectal adenocarcinoma(p>0.05).Conclusion:In colorectal adenocarcinoma,there was a significant positive correlation between CD 163+macrophage and tumor microvessel density.And CD163+Macrophages are closely related to tumor invasion and metastasis.There was a negative correlation between CD8+T cells and tumor microvessel density,but CD8+T cell may play a role in inhibiting angiogenesis.Significant negative correlation between CD163+macrophages and CD8+T cells,TAMs may have antagonistic effect on CD8+T cells.The targeting to eliminate TAMs and promote CD8T cell’s activation and proliferation may have some significance in antiangiogenic therapy of colorectal cancer. |
