Research On Political Communication In The Village’s Anti-epidemic

At the beginning of 2020,a new type of coronavirus outbreak centered on Wuhan,which caused a serious public health crisis due to its highly contagious and harmful nature.In the process of advancing epidemic prevention and control,under normal circumstances,urban epidemic prevention resources,medical resources,and prevention and control resources are better than those in rural areas.In contrast,villagers in rural areas are more scattered and inconvenient to centralize management.This is for rural areas to carry out epidemic prevention work.Brings a big challenge.Therefore,rapid launching,stability,and implementation of epidemic prevention and control in rural areas are extremely important for promoting the modernization of my country’s rural governance system.The question to be discussed in this article is:how does the village work team use sensitive information collection and response to complete the construction of the internal and external information network of the village,realize effective political communication with the villagers living in the village,and then mobilize the villagers Awakening of their independent epidemic prevention awareness to realize effective epidemic prevention management?In this article,we conducted in-depth interviews with village teams and villagers,based on oral materials,combined with relevant local policies,to study how they overcome the epidemic and their own difficulties in a crisis situation,as well as the local political system and the villagers living in the village.To achieve effective political communication,how to respond to and predict upcoming difficulties through mutual cooperation to complete crisis management,and then to better complete the epidemic prevention and control work.The article has received internal and external information from the village task force in the context of a major epidemic as a breakthrough.The article has five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly proposes the research origin and significance of this article,and throws out the problem awareness of this article.,And sort out the domestic and foreign research reviews on the theories used in this article,define the core concepts involved in this article,and finally explain the research framework of this article and the research methods needed to complete this research;Chapter 2 is carried out from the village task force Starting with the working environment,analyze the status of the village team’s political system in the village and the risk of the original political system being or failing under the impact of the public crisis of the new coronavirus;Chapter 3 describes the top-down information Dissemination and organization of mobilization.The members of the village task force act as transporters of political information.They maintain order in the village by carrying out a series of work,and pass the epidemic information to the villagers,and provide livelihood security when the villagers cannot go out.One’s own legitimacy in the village promotes the villagers’understanding of the policy;Chapter 4 mainly discusses the effectiveness of information interaction.The village task force continues to strengthen communication with the villagers through the use of new online media and further activates the village by playing the role of political communication.Endogenous motivation and connection of endogenous resources,the positive feedback given by villagers after receiving certain political information to support the development of cadres’ work,and ultimately the villagers’ unclear awareness at the beginning to proactively provide help and sign a letter of commitment to achieve political communication The fifth chapter is conclusions and reflections.It is a comprehensive analysis based on the analysis of the previous three chapters.It explores how the village task force can mobilize the masses through reasonable political communication during the major epidemic period to complete the area under its jurisdiction.Epidemic prevention work,and put forward reflections on the respective roles of the country and the village in the political communication system.This article aims to solve the epidemic prevention work in rural areas,analyzes how they can further carry out epidemic prevention work in rural areas,send relevant political information to the villagers,and strengthen the villagers’ understanding of policies and the behavior of the task force.After active or passive participation,After the villagers received the input of political information,their consciousness was awakened,and their enthusiasm for epidemic prevention was fully mobilized.From the " blind positive feedback from the villagers,and the two interact through a benign communication system.Through the study of this case,the following conclusions are drawn:The grasp of information and the response to feedback are the key to the successful construction of the village political communication system and the prevention of the epidemic by the village task force during the crisis.This is mainly reflected in three aspects:First,As the main body of political information output,the political system has political initiative.It needs to control the pressure caused by environmental changes and the ability to process information through its own reasonable operation,which is the prerequisite for building a political communication system;secondly,the information network builds communication Systematic information transmission and feedback channels promote the epidemic prevention interaction between the country and the village,and allow the political system to obtain key information in a timely manner,which is an important guarantee for the communication system;finally,the village task force fully coordinates the output of information under political communication according to local characteristics The balance relationship with control power can then effectively implement the policy.The three complement each other and are the key to the political communication system.Various decisions in a harmonious modern democratic society are the result of the interaction between the state’s will to power and civil rights.Political communication is a key part of the operation of the political system.In times of crisis,efficient political communication can better enable executors to integrate resources.Societies work together to prevent,respond to,and resolve crises.This is what a modern democratic society should have.
