| ObjectiveObserve the clinical efficacy of Self-blood point injection therapy combined with Ear Point Therapy on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment in the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and its T lymphocyte subgroup in peripheral blood(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+),to explore the clinical promotion value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.MethodsA prospective randomized controlled observational trial research method was adopted;the patients with stable COPD who met the entry criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was given with conventional Western medicine, and the experimental group was given with Self-blood point injection therapy combined with Ear Point Therapy on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment.Patients in both groups were treated for 50 consecutive days.Among them, the Self-blood point injection therapy is injected once every other day,and each time a pair of acupoints with the same name is selected(5 times are different acupoints),5 times are a course of treatment, each course is 10 days apart, and 3 courses are 50 days in total.3 pairs of acupuncture points are selected for ear acupuncture therapy, and each acupoint is pressed 1 times in the morning, noon, and evening every day,for 2 minutes each time, the left and right ear acupoints are alternately selected for continuous treatment for 50 days. The changes in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were detected, and the changes in the scores of the two groups were compared, and the number of acute exacerbations and adverse reactions were recorde.Results1.Comparison of basic data and observation indicators before treatment:gender, age, course of disease, disease classification,CAT(COPD assessment test),T lymphocyte subgroup indicators((CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)of the two groups of subjects),TCM syndrome scores were not statistically different, and they were comparable(P>0.05).2.After treatment, the CAT scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, with significant differences(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the degree of CAT score reduction between the two groups(P>0.05).3.T lymphocyte subpopulation indicators:After treatment,CD4+in the test group,CD8+in the control group, and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups had significant changes compared with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).CD8+did not change significantly from before treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);there was a significant difference in the degree of CD4+/CD8+level increase between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).4.Follow-up for 3 months after treatment.Compared with the control group, the number of acute exacerbations in the experimental group was significantly reduced, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).5.After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference in the degree of reduction in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.01).After treatment, the total effective rate in the test group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 76.67%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).6.During the study period, there was no significant change in the safety indicators of the two groups of patients, and no adverse reactions occurred.ConclusionOn the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, the addition of Self-blood point injection therapy combined with Ear Point Therapy can enhance the immune function of patients with COPD in stable stage, improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, improve the quality of life, reduce the risk of acute exacerbation of COPD,and high safety in clinical application, and worthy of clinical promotion. |
