Professor Qiu Jianxing’s Law Of Medication And Clinical Experience In Treating Chronic Non-trophic Gastritis

ObjectiveChronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG)refers to chronic non-atrophic inflammatory lesions of the gastric mucosa under the action of pathogenic factors.It is a common clinical disease and frequently-occurring disease.There is currently no specific drug treatment.CNAG often has recurrent episodes,prolonged and difficult to heal has become a thorny problem in clinical treatment.There is no such name as "chronic non-atrophic gastritis" in Chinese medicine,but it can be classified into categories such as "stomach pain" and"suffocation" based on clinical manifestations.As early as the "Huangdi Neijing" has been recorded,and later experienced continuous improvement by the generation of physicians,and established a systematic system of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Professor Qiu Jianxing is the first national famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in contemporary times.He has 56 years of rich clinical experience and is good at treating spleen and stomach diseases,especially CNAG.On the basis of previous experience,Professor Qiu Jiangxing combined his clinical practice to form his own unique theoretical viewpoints,clinical experience and medication rules.This study collects the medical records and prescriptions of 50 patients with CNAG treated by Professor Qiu for retrospective study,explores the clinical thinking and medication rules of his treatment of CNAG,and aims to effectively guide the clinical application and improve the treatment of CNAG.The clinical efficacy of atrophic gastritis.MethodsThrough outpatient follow-up,collect 50 valid medical records and prescriptions of CNAG from January 2019 to December 2020 that treated by Professor Qiu,then enter them into Microsoft Excel,perform statistics,establish a pivot table,and create a traditional Chinese medicine matrix.After the data is prepared,checked again that there is no error,and then usedSPSS 21.0 to perform variable cluster analysis on the data.According to the statistics of patients’ tongue and pulse,classification of medication efficacy,nature and flavor,meridian,etc.,summarized the law of Professor Qiu’s treatment of CNAG,so as to analyze and summarize Professor Qiu’s treatment of this disease and its treatment medication characteristics.Results1.A total of 165 prescriptions were collected from 50 patients.According to the statistics,153 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used,and 41 kinds of high frequency drugs were used≥10 times.An average of 12.8 medications per prescription ranged from 14 to 208 days.2.Among the 50 patients,there were 23 male patients and 27 female patients,with a male to female ratio of 1:1.17,and the age of predisposing disease ranged from 30 to 69.3.The tongue with the highest frequency was red tongue,53 times in total.The tongue coating is thin yellow coating,a total of 36 times.Pulse symptoms were chunding smooth pulse for 70 times,most of which were of damp-heat syndrome type,which was consistent with Professor Qiu’s view that CNAG was mostly caused by damp-heat.4.The class of drugs with the highest efficacy was antipyretic,which was used 544 times in total.Medicinal property is cold sex(cold sex and slight cold),808 times in all.In addition,the most drugs were used in the channel of channeling to the liver,totaling 702 times.5.Through frequency analysis and cluster analysis,the common basic prescriptions of Professor Qiu for the treatment of this disease are summarized and extracted as follows:Sijunzi Decoction,Sini San,Wubei San and Zuojin Wan;Common medicine pair:dandelion-prunella;Atractylodes Atractylodes-Poria cocos;Bupleurum-Paeonia lactiflora;Bupleurum-Fructus Aurantii;Corydalis corydalis-Magnolia officinalis;Hawthorn-magnolia officinalis;Coptis coptidis-Evodia rutensis;Cocktail motherPrunus vulgaris;Dandelion-dandelion;Thunberg scallop-cuttlebone;Radix Paeoniae alba-licorice;Salvia miltiorrhiza-notoginseng;Turmeric-Salvia miltiorrhiza.ConclusionThrough the statistics of drug frequency and cluster analysis,combined with Professor Qiu’s viewpoint of dampness-heat disease,liver related stomach disease incidence mode and spleen and stomach deficiency,it is concluded that Professor Qiu’s drugs for this disease are mainly heat-clearing,cold(including cold and slightly cold),liver channel and spleen and stomach channel drugs.And extracted Professor Qiu’s common drug pairs for the treatment of CNAG,such as dandelion--prunella prunella,bupleurum--white peony root 13 pairs,Sini powder,Sijunzi decoction and other four basic prescriptions.As well as the treatment experience of treating from heat,using "qing" method,treating from liver,not forgetting to smooth liver and regulating spleen and stomach in treating stomach,paying attention to rectifying body,based on the main syndrome,and increasing or decreasing with symptoms.
