Objective:This topic mainly observes the clinical efficacy on treatment of epigastric pain syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony type by herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel, and compares the efficacy differences between conventional acupuncture and herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel in the treatment of epigastric pain syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony type,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease.Method:In this study,60 patients with epigastric pain syndrome of liverstomach disharmony type were randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1,that is,30 patients in the treatment control group. After health coaching, patients in the treatment group were given herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel, and patients in the control group were given conventional acupuncture method. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks and followed up at the 13th week, and the severity score,TCM symptom score, and anxiety and depression scale(HADS)score of the two groups were recorded in detail before and after treatment and during the follow-up period, and statistical analysis was performed to compare the clinical efficacy differences between the two groups.Results:1.Severity:After treatment and during follow-up,the group of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel can significantly reduce the severity of upper abdominal pain symptoms and upper abdominal burning symptoms(P<0.01),and the conventional acupuncture group can significantly reduce the upper abdominal pain symptoms of patients(P<0.01);the total effective rate of the treatment of the severity of the medicine-separated moxibustion group is 86.70%(after treatment)and 76.66%(at follow-up),which are better than those of the conventional acupuncture group(73.30%and 63.33%).There was no statistically significant difference between the two(P>0.05).2.TCM symptoms:in the treatment group and follow-up,both groups can significantly improve the main symptoms of gastric pain and secondary symptoms of upset and belching(P<0.01),and the group of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel improved the main symptoms of gastric pain The degree is better than that of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.01).3.Anxiety and depression:in the treatment group and during follow-up,the group of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel can significantly alleviate the patients’ anxiety and depression(P<0.01),and the conventional acupuncture group can significantly alleviate the patients’anxiety(P<0.01).4 Safety:No serious adverse reactions and side effects occurred during the treatment, and the safety comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclus ion:The method of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel can reduce the severity of epigastric pain syndrome, improve the TCM symptoms of patients, relieve anxiety and depression,is safe and has a definite short-term and long-term effect, and is significantly superior to conventional acupuncture in reducing the severity of epigastric burning sensation, improving the TCM symptoms of epigastric pain and epigastric fullness, and relieving depression.
