Clinical Study Of Huoxue Jiedu Decoction In Treating Repeated Implantation Failure Caused By Chronic Endometritis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of recurrent implantation failure caused by chronic endometritis with blood stasis and toxin,so as to provide feasible ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of recurrent implantation failure caused by chronic endometritis.Methods: 62 patients with recurrent implantation failure caused by chronic endometritis with blood stasis and toxin combination were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(31 cases)was treated with levofloxacin and metronidazole tablets from the first day of menstruation for 14 days;the treatment group(31 cases)was treated with Huoxue Jiedu decoction from the first day of menstruation for 30 days.The clinical pregnancy rate,continuous pregnancy rate and TCM syndrome changes before and after treatment were observed.results:1.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and there was a very significant difference by paired sample t test(P<0.01);after treatment,the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant by independent sample t test(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,and that of the control group was 80.65%.The difference was statistically significant by rank sum test(P<0.05).It shows that both groups can improve the TCM syndrome of patients,and Huoxue Jiedu Decoction can improve the TCM syndrome of patients more obviously.2.After treatment,the effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 77.42% and 51.61% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of Huoxue Jiedu decoction was better.3.After treatment,the clinical pregnancy rate of the observation group was67.74%,and the continuous pregnancy rate was 64.52%;the clinical pregnancy rate of the control group was 38.71%,and the continuous pregnancy rate was 32.26%.By chi square test,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that Huoxue Jiedu Decoction can better improve the clinical pregnancy rate and continuous pregnancy rate of patients with repeated implantation failure caused by chronic endometritis,and improve the pregnancy outcome.Conclusion: Huoxue Jiedu Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with repeated implantation failure caused by chronic endometritis of blood stasis and toxin combination type,and it is better than levofloxacin+metronidazole group in improving the clinical pregnancy rate and continuous pregnancy rate,which provides a feasible idea and method for clinical treatment of this disease.
