Research On Professor Li Yanning’s Law Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Children’s Dyspeptic Cough

Objective: To summarize the clinical thoughts and prescription rules of Professor Li Yanning’s differentiation and treatment of children’s dyspeptic cough,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods: Collect the clinical data of children with dyspeptic cough and that meet the inclusion criteria,record the general information,symptoms and signs and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines of the included cases,and obtain a database containing symptoms,syndromes and prescriptions.Using SPSS25.0 and Excel for descriptive analysis,it summarized Professor Li Yanning’s clinical thoughts and prescription rules for treating children with dyspeptic cough.Results: 1.The analysis of the included cases showed that boys accounted for 60.4%,girls accounted for 39.6%,and the average age of children was 5.25 years old,concentrated in 3 to 6 years old(70.3%),with 4 years old children accounting for the highest proportion(25.27%);51.69% of the children had no obvious cause before the onset,25.84% had a history of fullness within 5 days before the onset of the disease,and 17.98% of the children had a history of onset due to cold.The children with a history of high protein before coughing accounted for 48.15%,and those with a history of high sugar accounted for 33.33%.The proportion of children with history of high sugar was 14.81%,and the proportion of children with history of cold food was 3.70%.2.The four prescriptions with the highest frequency are Dachaihu Decoction,Xiaochaihu Decoction and Sanren Decoction,Maxingshigan Decoction plus phlegm-relief and stagnation medicine,Zhuye Gypsum Decoction,and the degree of coughing of these four prescriptions.The average scores from high to low were Dachaihu Decoction(2.13),Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Sanren Decoction(2.00),Maxing Shigan Decoction plus anti-exposure,phlegm,and stagnant drugs(1.71),and Zhuye Shigao Decoction(1.29).3.Respectively summarized the clinical indications of the four most frequently occurring prescriptions of Dachaihu Decoction,Xiaochaihu Decoction and Sanren Decoction,Maxingshigan Decoction plus the medicine for relieving the surface and removing phlegm and reducing stagnation,and Zhuye Shigao Decoction.Conclusion%Professor Li Yanning’s knowledge of children’s dyspeptic cough can be summarized as: the cause is divided into exogenous and internal injuries,both of which start with the stagnation of food in the spleen and stomach;the pathogenesis is divided into four stages: depression,heat,deficiency,and injury.Throughout the whole process;the disease is in the inside,and there are differences between the appearance and the half appearance and half the inside;food accumulation and physique are mutually cause and effect,and mutual influence;wet food mutually transforms,and is a result of pathology.Syndrome differentiation can be summarized as follows: firstly identify the location of the disease,clarify the inside and outside;grasp the disease,distinguish between cold and heat deficiency and excess;pay attention to both clamping and flexible treatment.The treatment ideas can be summarized as follows: In the treatment,according to the different disease positions,the treatment should be divided into different stages,and the early treatment of the surface and the lungs,the prescription of Maxing Shigan Decoction plus the drug for relieving the surface and removing the phlegm and accumulating stagnation;in the middle of the treatment,the prescription of Dachaihu Decoction addition and subtraction;later clearing and supplementing,the Fang chooses Zhuye Gypsum Decoction addition and subtraction.At the same time,it is advisable to take both the specimens into consideration,and to relieve the internal troubles of food accumulation with the aid of digestive drugs.And because wet food is easy to interchange,so the treatment should be discretionary to eliminate dampness,can choose Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Sanren Decoction.
