Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of zhiou powder acupoint application in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)in patients with malignant tumor Yang deficiency.Methods:Sixty-three patients with malignant tumors with Yang-deficiency quality that met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups AB and BA according to the random number table method.The self-cross-control method was used to observe two consecutive chemotherapy cycles.B was the control group,which was given conventional western medicine to prevent and treat CINV.A was the treatment group,on the basis of group B,combined with acupoint topical application of Zhiyu San to prevent and treat CINV.Observe the changes of TCM syndrome scores and the occurrence of nausea and vomiting in groups A and B before and after chemotherapy to evaluate the efficacy.Results: The treatment group was better than the control group in the grade of nausea and vomiting(P< 0.05).The effective rate of nausea in the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group,and P<0.05;there was no significant difference in the effective rate of vomiting between the two groups(P> 0.05).TCM syndrome score: the total effective rate of the treatment group is96.67%,which is significantly better than 65% of the control group,P< 0.05;it is significantly better than the control group in terms of reducing chills,fatigue,fatigue,abdominal distension,and loss of appetite(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint application of zhiou powder can reduce the classification of nausea and vomiting,effectively prevent and treat nausea,significantly reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients with malignant tumors of Yang-deficiency quality,and improve TCM syndromes such as cold limbs,fatigue,abdominal distension,and loss of appetite.
