| Objective:1.Meta-analysis Objective : To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine ointment in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer by literature review and Meta-analysis.2.Clinical observation Objective : Through the comparative observation of clinical research,to clarify the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine ointment in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer,to understand the guiding significance of Meta analysis for clinical treatment.Methods:1.The databases of CNKI,VIP,WF,Sinomed,Pub Med,EMbase and The Cochrane Library were searched by computer to collect the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of TCM ointment in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer in the past 30 years.The Rev Man 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis to systematically evaluate the effectiveness of TCM ointment in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer.2.Comparative observation of clinical research.The clinical data of 60 patients with chronic skin ulcer admitted to the General Surgery Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2020 were analyzed.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel(Beifuxin),and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Shengjiyuhong Ointment.The efficacy score and ulcer area before and after treatment were recorded for statistical analysis.Results:In this study,a meta-analysis of traditional Chinese medicine ointment in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer was performed.A total of 17 studies involving 1445 patients were included.The results showed that compared with the control group,traditional Chinese medicine ointment could increase the total clinical effective rate [ OR = 5.17,95 % CI(3.67,7.92),P < 0.001 ] and ulcer healing rate [ OR = 3.55,95 % CI(2.73,4.62),P< 0.001 ].Shorten ulcer healing time [ MD =-7.99,95% CI(-13.68,-3.31),P = 0.006 ],e Pithelial appearance time [ MD =-4.82,95 % CI(-5.39,-4.25),P < 0.001 ],Chinese medicine ointment in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer has good curative effect.Combined with clinical studies,it was found that for patients with chronic skin ulcer,within the same treatment time(28 days),the treatment group(Shengji Yuhong ointment group)was better than the control group(Beifuxin group),which verified the effectiveness of Meta-analysis of traditional Chinese medicine ointment in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer.Conclusion:Meta-analysis of traditional Chinese medicine ointment in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer showed that traditional Chinese medicine ointment had good curative effect in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer.Shengjiyuhong ointment,which was prepared in our hospital,had the effects of detoxification,detumescence,and muscle convergence.It also directly acted on the affected area and gave full play to its role.The clinical curative effect was exact.In the treatment of chronic skin ulcer,Shengji Yuhong Ointment was applied externally,and the curative effect was significantly improved.The recovery period of patients was shortened,and the pain was alleviated.At the same time,Shengji Yuhong ointment has the characteristics of convenient operation,low cost,little pain and high patient compliance,which is worthy of clinical application. |
