Clinical Observation Of Tiaoxie Yizhi Decoction In The Treatment Of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of tuning the will to treat THD in children(insufficient renal ambition,false spleen).Methods: Using random numeric tables,58 children with THD who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group(tomoxitin hydrochloride group)and 30 cases in the trial group(tuning will group).After 12 weeks of observation,the clinical efficacy of two groups of children before and after treatment was compared by SNAP-IV score and Chinese medicine certificate waiting points.Results: 1.SNAP-IV evaluation,tuning will group effective rate of 90%,hydrochloric acid Tomoxitin group effective rate of 71.42%,with differences in statistical meaning(P<0.05).The effective rate of the tuning will group was 96.67% and the effective rate of the hydrochloric acid Tomoxitin group was 89.23%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparing the points of Chinese medicine certificate waiting,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)in improving the main evidence of attention deficit,multi-speaking,and impatience of personality;In the aspects of double-evidence of night sweats,lumbar acid,fatigue,sleep misrepresement,colorless face,the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05);Conclusion: Tiaoxie Yizhi Decoction in the treatment of ADHD has significant clinical efficacy,and has obvious advantages in improving spleen and stomach function,and low adverse reactions.
