Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Xifeng Decoction Combined With Cognitive Function Training In The Treatment Of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment(Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: Through to invigorate the Huoxue Xifeng Decoction combined cognitive function training in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of post-stroke cognitive impairment clinical observation,invigorate the Huoxue Xifeng Decoction combine cognitive function training in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type efficacy and safety of post-stroke cognitive impairment,exploration of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment clinical new solutions.Methods: 65 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the treatment group(33 cases)and the control group(32 cases).The treatment group was given cognitive function training combined with Huoxue Xifeng Decoction,and the control group was given cognitive function training alone.The treatment period was4 weeks.The changes of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA),Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL score),Fugl-Meyer scale and TCM syndrome scale before and after treatment were observed,and all data were statistically analyzed using SPSS21.0software.Results: A total of 60 qualified cases were collected,including 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were improved to varying degrees compared with those before treatment,and there were differences in Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA),Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL score),and Fugl-Meyer scale(P<0.05).The clinical improvement of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA),Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL score)and Fugl-Meyer Scale in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after treatment.In terms of TCM symptoms,the treatment group was more effective than the control group in fatigue,slow response,waist and knee pain and numbness(P<0.05),with statistical difference.No adverse drug reactions and obvious side effects were observed during the study period.Conclusion: Huoxue Xifeng Decoction joint training can significantly improve cognitive function in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment cognitive abilities,enhance the capacity of patients with physical activity,improve patient quality of life,for post-stroke cognitive impairment in patients with a strong feasibility of treatment,and found no significant adverse reactions,can be used as a clinical treatment of post-stroke cognitive dysfunction is a good choice.
