| Objective: By analyzing the distribution of physique types in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA),and performing body differentiation and conditioning and Yi Qi Gu Chong ointment treatments for RSA patients with deficiency of Qi,and observing the correlation between body mass chemistry score and the changes of serum lymphocyte indicators,to explore the mechanism of body-discriminatory conditioning combined ointment to prevent and treat RSA patients.Methods: Part 1: Select 220 RSA patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient clinic of the Reproductive and Genetic Center of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,select the physical questionnaire of patients with recurrent miscarriage as the survey tool,and adopt the method of on-site questionnaire survey.The collected data were analyzed using SPSS26.0,and the physique type distribution law of the RSA population was obtained;Part 2: the clinical study analyzed the clinical data of 60 patients with qi deficiency RSA,and SPSS26.0 software was used to bring 60 cases that meet the inclusion criteria The patients were randomly numbered 1-60 and were divided into two groups(observation group and control group,30 cases respectively).Patients in the observation group were treated with body differentiation and conditioning combined with ointment,and patients in the control group were treated with ointment alone.Compare the quality of Qi-deficiency before and after treatment and immune indicators: serum total T cells CD3+(%),T cells CD3+CD8+(%),T cells CD3+CD4+(%),CD4+/CD8+,NK cells(%),B cells(%).Results:1.The proportion of TCM constitution of RSA patients is Qi-deficiency type>Yang-deficiency type> Peaceful type> Qi-stagnation type> Yin deficiency type>Phlegm-dampness type> Damp-heat type> Blood stasis type> Special quality;2.RSA patients with different ages and the number of spontaneous abortions have different physical types,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).Among them,RSA patients aged 21-27 are mostly calm and Qi-deficiency.Among RSA patients aged28-34,Qi-deficiency is the most common type.RSA patients 35 and older are mainly Yang-deficiency.Patients with spontaneous abortion 2-3 times are mostly of Qi-deficiency quality,while patients with spontaneous abortion 4 times or more have Yang-deficiency quality.3.Qi-deficiency quality integration: the observation group and the control group showed a downward trend in the quality integration of Qi-deficiency scores.Compared with before treatment,the two groups had statistical significances(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of Qi deficiency score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Serum T lymphocyte subsets: CD3+CD8+ cells(%)in serum T lymphocyte subsets between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).CD3+ cells(%),CD3+CD8+ cells(%),and CD4+/CD8+were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum CD3+ cells(%)and CD4+/CD8+ of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,there were no significant differences in serum CD3+CD4+ cells(%)and CD3+CD8+ cells(%)in the observation group(P>0.05);5.Serum NK cells(%): The observation group and the control group decreased serum NK cells before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum NK cells(%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);6.Serum B cells(%): The serum B cells(%)of the observation group and the control group increased to varying degrees before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum B cells(%)between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Most of the constitution types of RSA patients in traditional Chinese medicine are biased constitutions,of which qi deficiency and yang deficiency are susceptible to RSA;body differentiation and conditioning combined with Yi Qi Gu Chong ointment can improve the quality of qi-deficiency in patients with qi deficiency RSA.The mechanism may be related to indicators of serum lymphocyte subsets. |
