Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Bushen Huayu Decoction Combined With Drospiroone Ethinylestradiol Tablet In The Treatment Of Endometrial Polypectomy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huayu Decoction combined with drospiroone ethinylestradiol tablets in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic resection,and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:Into 68 cases in selection criteria of patients after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp,according to random number table method divided into observation group(kidney blood ketone of tonga subtraction joint flexion screw ethinylestradiol)32 cases and control group(flexor screw ketone ethinylestradiol)36 cases,two groups of treatment of three menstrual cycles,and observed withdrawal again 3 months later.By means of two groups before treatment discontinuation,3 months after treatment,menstruation after march(cycle period,the menstrual period,the amount),endometrial thickness change and polyp recurrence,serum sex hormone levels(LH,FSH,E2,P),the improvement of TCM symptoms,rate of adverse reactions,such as data comparison,evaluation of kidney blood tonga subtraction joint flexion screw ketone ethinylestradiol piece of clinical curative effect.Results:l.Total clinical efficacy:No recurrence of endometrial polyps occurred in the two groups after 3 months of treatment and 3 months after withdrawal of the drug,indicating that the total efficacy of endometrial polyps in the observation group and the control group was similar.2.Sex hormones:there was no significant difference in sex hormones between the two groups after 3 months of treatment and 3 months of withdrawal;There was no statistical difference in the sex hormone levels between the two groups before and after treatment,before treatment and after drug withdrawal,indicating that the treatment had no significant effect on the sex hormone levels within 3 months,and after drug withdrawal did not affect the sex hormone levels.3.Endometrial thickness:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups,and the two groups had the same effect on the treatment of atrophy endometrium.The endometrial thickness before and after treatment as well as before and after withdrawal was compared within the two groups.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that endometrium atrophy could be achieved in both groups,and there was no significant difference between short-term treatment and long-term treatment.4.TCM symptoms:observation group of patients with weakness,shortness of breath god lumbar debility,dizziness,tinnitus,the lower abdomen stab rejected by the kidney and blood stasis symptom such as improved significantly,and discontinuation after 3 months,the symptoms did not appear again,the control of TCM symptoms in patients with no obvious improvement,explain kidney blood decoction can significantly improve TCM symptoms in patients with endometrial polyp,long-term TCM symptoms curative effect to improve the situation is better than single application of flexor screw ketone ethinylestradiol treatment,with the improvement of the long-term effects.5.Menstruation:Comparison between the two groups and within the two groups showed that the two groups could shorten the menstrual cycle and menstrual period,the observation group could significantly reduce the menstrual volume,but the control group had no significant improvement effect on the menstrual volume;3 months after withdrawal,the observation group could maintain the adjustment of menstrual cycle and menstrual period,and further reduce the menstrual volume,while the control group’s menstrual cycle,menstrual period and menstrual volume returned to the pre-treatment level,and the symptoms appeared repeatedly.It indicated that the observation group had a long-term therapeutic effect in the adjustment of menstruation.Conclusion:1.The overall efficacy of BU Shenhuayu Decoction combined with drospiroone ethinylestradiol tablets was similar to that of drospiroone ethinylestradiol tablets alone in preventing postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyps.In both groups,endometrium atrophy was obvious,and sex hormone levels were not affected in the short term,and there was no effect after drug withdrawal.Drospiroone ethinylestradiol tablets can shorten the menstrual cycle and menstrual period of patients,and on this basis,Bushen Huayu Decoction can further reduce the menstrual volume of patients,and can maintain the adjustment effect after withdrawal.And can significantly improve the symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis of patients,the effect of lasting.2.Bushen Huayu Decoction may restore the normal function of endometrium,treat menstrual abnormalities and prevent recurrence of polyps by regulating the expression of estrogen progesterone receptor in endometrium,improving chronic endometrium inflammation and correcting endometrial microcirculation disorders.
