Objective: The pulse pattern of the radial artery in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)was studied from the perspective of the abnormal sound waves similar to the unsmooth pulse in modern pulsology.Objectifying and visualizing the specificity of disease pulse in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods:In this study,Pulse Detection System of Sound Waves was used to collect radial artery acoustic waves from patients with NAFLD and relatively healthy people. The two groups of sound waves were compared to analyze the points of abnormal radial artery sound waves in patients with NAFLD.To establish a diagnostic method for the diagnosis of NAFLD by detecting abnormal acoustic waves of radial artery with Pulse Detection System of Sound Waves, and to carry out diagnostic tests and evaluate its diagnostic value. The MATLAB software was used to further analyze the abnormal sound waves, extract the time domain features,time-frequency features, frequency domain features and energy features of the abnormal sound waves, and compare the entropy values of the two groups of subjects. Results:Patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease show abnormal acoustic waves in the radial artery, which are different from those in relatively healthy people, and are most obvious in the third layer of the right guan.In diagnostic tests, the diagnostic method of detecting abnormal acoustic waves in the radial artery can well distinguish patients with NAFLD from relatively healthy people. After further analysis of the abnormal sound waves using MATLAB software,it can be found that the abnormal sound waves in the radial artery of NAFLD patients have the following characteristics:the abnormal sound waves appear in the posterior segment of the second heart sound; The frequency mainly belongs to the range of low frequency audible sound wave and the energy of sound wave in this range is slightly higher than that of relatively healthy people; The amplitude and complexity were slightly higher than those of relatively healthy people. Conclusion: Abnormal low frequency audible sound waves are present in the radial artery of patients NAFLD.The detection of abnormal acoustic waves in radial artery by Pulse Detection System of Sound Waves has diagnostic value in the diagnosis of NAFLD.
