Objective: To understand the status quo of sense of coherence, caregiver burden and fatigue of the primary caregivers of stroke patients; To analyze the influence of general demographic data, sense of coherence and caregiver burden on fatigue of the primary caregivers of stroke patients; To explore the relationship between sense of coherence, caregiver burden and sense of fatigue of the primary caregivers of stroke patients, and to provide scientific basis for the clinical development of intervention measures to reduce the sense of fatigue of caregivers. Methods: In this study, convenience sampling method was used to collect questionnaires from stroke patients and their primary caregivers who were admitted to the Department of Neurology of a Grade III,Grade A hospital from June to December 2020.The contents included general data of stroke patients and the barthel index scale;general data of primary caregivers, sense of coherence-13 scale,Zarit caregiver burden scale and fatigue scale. After the collection of data summary with SPSS23.0 software were analyzed, and the patients, the primary caregiver’s general data dimensions and scale to adopt frequency, composition ratio,(?)±s is described; The differences of fatigue among different groups were compared by t-test,one-way analysis of variance and non-parametric test.Pearson was used to analyze the correlation among careers’ sense of coherence, careers’ caregiver burden and fatigue.Using statistically significant factors, sense of coherence and caring burden as independent variables and fatigue as dependent variables in univariate analysis.Multiple linear regression was used for multivariate analysis.RESULTS:(1)272 valid questionnaires for this study. The overall average score of sense of coherence(62.58±9.35)was moderately low.The scores for each dimension are: sense of meaning(18.74±2.83),sense of control(20.21±3.23),sense of understanding(23.68±3.94).(2)The total average score of the caregiver burden scale(40.58±12.58)was at a moderate level, with each dimension scoring being individual burden(17.13±6.78)and liability burden(14.45±4.37).(3)Total fatigue score(8.81±2.37),at the moderate level, the scores of each dimension are, somamoral fatigue(5.27±1.48),mental fatigue(3.54±1.22).(4)A single factor analysis of fatigue:caregivers were different in gender, age, educational level and family There were differences in monthly income, relationship with patients, daily care time(hour),presence of other caregivers and perceived health status(p< 0.05).(5)Pearson correlation analysis: the burden of caregivers was positively related to fatigue(r=0.386,p<0.01),sense of coherence was negatively related to fatigue(r=-0.546,p<0.01),and sense of coherence was negatively related to the burden of caregivers(r=-0.442,p<0.01).(6)Multiple linear regression analysis: caregivers’ gender, educational level, whether there are other caregivers, the relationship with patients and the sense of sense of coherence are the main influencing factors of fatigue among the primary caregivers of stroke patients.Conclusion:(1)The primary caregivers of stroke patients had moderate levels of fatigue;sense of coherence is at a moderate low level; The burden of caregiver was moderate.(2)Factors influencing the fatigue of the main caregivers of stroke patients mainly include: different gender, age, educational level, monthly family income, relationship with patients, daily care time(hour),whether there are other caregivers and perceived health status.(3)The sense of coherence of the primary caregivers of stroke patients was negatively correlated with the sense of caregiver burden and fatigue, that is,the lower the sense of coherence, the higher the sense of caregiver burden and fatigue; The sense of fatigue was positively correlated with the burden of caregiver, that is,the higher the burden of caregiver, the higher the sense of fatigue.(4)Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, education level, whether there were other caregivers, the relationship with patients and the sense of coherence were the main influencing factors for predicting the fatigue of the primary caregivers of stroke patients.
