Design And Implementation Of Question Answering System In Mental Health

In recent years,with the continuous growth of social competition and life pressure,mental health problem has become an increasingly serious universal problem in our society.Therefore,it has become an urgent need for people to acquire mental health knowledge closely related to their own needs quickly and effectively.Psychological consultation is an important way for people to solve their own psychological confusion and express their demands.However,relying on traditional face-to-face consultation is no longer enough to meet the needs of users.Users prefer to get effective and professional solutions through online question answering whenever and wherever they encounter problems related to mental health.Based on the above background and users’ needs,this paper designs and implements a question answering system in mental health,which adopts the service mode of combining automatic question answering and manual answering.It can use the advantages of the Internet to provide uninterrupted online psychological question answering service for consulting users,and it also reduces the workload of psychological counselors.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.According to the previous research and user needs,this paper analyzes the requirements of the mental health question answering system,designs the software hierarchy of the system based on the results of analysis,divides the functional modules of the system,and designs the database of the system by the results of the functional requirements.2.Referring to the design idea of automatic question answering system based on question answer pairs,this paper designs the implementation scheme of similar question retrieval,so as to realize the automatic question answering of common questions in the field of mental health.First of all,it analyzes the question sentence that the user input,including word segmentation,part of speech analysis,keyword extraction and keyword expansion.According to the expanded keywords,candidate question set are retrieved from FAQ database.Finally,the candidate questions are sorted by constructing a reasonable text representation and using similarity calculation method,and the problems closest to the user’s intention are selected and returned to the user.3.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis and design,the detailed design and implementation of question answering system in mental health is done in the way of front and rear end separation,and the functional test and non functional test of the system are carried out.Not only can consulting users get automatic answers to common questions by retrieving similar questions module,but also can ask professional counselors questions through online psychological question answering module,so as to obtain warmer and more professional question answering service.
