Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Huashi Pills Combined With Tamsulosin On Promoting Excretion Of Ureteral Calculi After ESWL

Objective:Through the study on the treatment of ureteral calculi with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)assisted by Huashi pills combined with tamsulosin to observe and analyze the curative effects of patients with ureteral calculi after ESWL,and explores the combination of Huashi pills and tamsulosin for ureteral calculi after ESWL.This study guides significance for the clinical application of Huashi pills in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods:A total of 60 patients with ureteral calculi who underwent ESWL treatment in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,including 51 males and 9 females,were randomly divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Capsules after ESWL,and the observation group was treated with Huashi Pills and tamsulosin after the operation.The stone clearance rate,NRS score and the improvement of related complications were observed and compared between the two groups 14 and 28 days after ESWL.Results:The stone removal rates of the observation group were 65.5%and 93.1%on the 14th and 28th days after the operation,and the stone removal rates on the 14d and 28d in the control group were 37.9%and 65.5%respectively.The stone removal rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);comparing the postoperative NRS scores of the two groups of patients,it was found that the average postoperative NRS of the observation group was 2.83±1.20 points,with 39.7%of the patients had a postoperative NRS score of≥4,which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative renal colic in the two groups of patients was compared,and 2 patients(6.9%)in the observation group had renal colic.There were 3 cases(10.3%)in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).comparing the occurrence of hematuria between the two groups,13 cases(44.8%)in the observation group had hematuria,and 21 cases(72.4%)in the control group.The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined application of Huashi pills and tamsulosin after ESWL for ureteral calculi can effectively promote stone discharge,improve the stone removal rate after ESWL,reduce postoperative pain and reduce the risk of hematuria.It is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
