Objective:To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of clinical compound Yishen Jiedu decoction on renal ischemia-reperfusion in rats.Methods:48 SD male rats were randomly divided into four groups:Sham group, renal ischemia reperfusion group(RIR group),kidney-invigorating jiedu decoction renal ischemia reperfusion group(drug+RIR group),and curcumin renal ischemia reperfusion group(Cur+RIR group).Blood samples were collected from the inner canthus of the eyes at 24h and 96h after surgery to compare the serum levels of creatinine SCr and urea nitrogen BUN in each group. The renal tissues of rats were collected 24h after surgery, and the renal injury scores of each group were compared.NF-κB levels of inflammatory factors in Sham group,RIR group and drug+RIR group were compared. Results:Acute renal ischemia reperfusion model was successfully established in SD male rats.Compared with Sham group,SCr,BUN,and renal tubular injury score in serum of RIR group, drug+RIR group and Cur+RIR group were all increased. The serum SCr,BUN and renal injury scores of the drug+RIR group after the intervention of compound kidney-enriching jiedu decoction were higher than those of the Cur+RIR group, but were significantly lower than those of the RIR group(P<0.05).And compared the serum Scr and BUN of the 96 h postoperative RIR group and the drug+RIR group, the renal function of the drug+RIR group recovered faster. Conclusion:Compound Yishen Jiedu decoction has obvious protective effect on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, and its mechanism may be related to inflammatory factors related to NF-kB.
