| Tumors have many effects on the health and life of patients.Lung cancer is a common tumor in clinical practice. Its incidence is currently increasing, and it is prone to complications related to bone metastasis, such as hypercalcemia and pain.,Dyskinesia,etc.,in severe cases,it can also cause disability, and seriously threaten the prognosis and health of patients. Therefore, for lung cancer patients, the control of lung cancer bone metastasis is of great significance, and it also provides support for their rehabilitation. This study analyzes the relevant risk factors of lung cancer bone metastasis, and predicts the risk of bone metastasis,in order to establish the characteristics of high-risk groups of bone metastasis, and provide clinicians with relevant information about lung cancer bone metastasis. Objective:To provide a basis for clinical research analysis for the prevention of lung cancer bone metastasis. Methods:In this retrospective study,50 patients with lung cancer and bone metastases who were treated in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Yijishan Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research object.50patients with lung cancer without bone metastasis who were treated in the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The patient’s gender, age, smoking, pathological type, treatment methods, thrombosis, blood coagulation related indicators, pain severity and other related information were statistically analyzed.Logistic regression method was used to analyze and study the correlation between coagulation function, alkaline phosphatase, serum procalcitonin and other indicators of lung cancer patients with bone metastasis.Analyze the related risk factors of lung cancer bone metastasis. Results:The probability of lung cancer bone metastasis in patients with thrombosis was 6.217 times higher than that without thrombosis,OR(95%CI)=(3.025,10.247);the probability of lung cancer bone metastasis in T4 stage patients was 2.805 times higher than that in patients of other stages,OR(95%CI)=(1.361,5.773);the probability of lung cancer bone metastasis in N3 stage patients is 2.236 times higher than that of other stages,OR(95%CI)=(1.032,5.034);The probability of lung cancer bone metastasis in patients with increased APTT is 3.334 times higher than that with normal APTT,OR(95%CI)=(1.624,7.421);the probability of lung cancer bone metastasis in patients with increased FIB is 2.694 times higher than that with normal FIB,OR(95%CI)=(1.312,5.581);the probability of lung cancer bone metastasis in patients with platelet count≥300×10~9/L is2.027 times higher than that with the platelet count lower than 300×10~9/L,OR(95%CI)=(1.427,5.946);and patients with increased D-2 aggregates are 11.902 times more likely to have bone lung cancer metastases than that with normal level of D-2 aggregates,OR(95%CI)=(5.126,27.781).The possibility of lung cancer bone metastasis with excessive serum procalcitonin is 4.352 times higher than that with normal serum procalcitonin,OR(95%CI)=(2.036,6.234).Conclusion:Thrombosis,prolonged APTT,prolonged FIB,elevated D-2 polymer, excessive serum procalcitonin,T4 staging, and N3 staging are all high-risk factors for bone metastasis in lung cancer patients.Clinicians should pay attention to it,and it should be carried out as soon as possible.Targeted preventive measures. |
