ObjectPulmonary nodule refers to a single round or quasi-circular nodule with a diameter of less than 3cm that appears in the lung on imaging. With the increase in regular physical examinations in the Chinese population and the widespread use of low-dose chest computed tomography(CT),the detection rate of lung nodules has increased significantly, and the diagnosis and treatment of small lung nodules has brought challenges to clinicians.Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)is a minimally invasive surgery with the advantages of less surgical trauma, quick postoperative recovery, and fewer complications. It is an important method for the diagnosis and treatment of small lung nodules.Preoperative computed tomography(CT)guidance has been proven to significantly improve the success rate of wedge resection of VATS.At present, there is insufficient research on the application of preoperative positioning methods. In view of the various existing positioning methods, combined with relevant data to judge the advantages and disadvantages of the existing positioning methods, and evaluate the superiority, finally this article chooses the widely used Meilan positioning and hook-wire positioning(Hook-wire)for discussion and research, and explores this The clinical application, advantages, disadvantages and complications of the two positioning methods to compare the relative clinical efficacy of the two positioning methods.MethodThis article retrospectively analyzed 98 patients with small pulmonary nodules from August 2019 to December 2020,of which76 cases were positioned with melanin and 22 cases were positioned with hook-line.Compare the baseline data of the two positioning methods,positioning-related complications, positioning success rate and other factors.ConclusionBoth Meilan positioning and Hook-wire positioning help to locate small pulmonary nodules quickly and effectively, and play an important role in VATS surgery. Both solutions have been proven to include many advantages such as safety and economy, and can be used in a wide range of clinical applications.According to the operator’s proficiency in the two positioning methods, according to the actual situation of the lung nodules and the patient’s physical condition, select a more effective positioning method to determine the accuracy of the positioning.Of course, this also requires more cases for long-term clinical application analysis and comparison. This is the direction that thoracic surgeons need further research. |
