| Aim:1.Analysis of the advantages of 3D visualization of liver reconstructional technology and traditional CT images in display,and apply 3D visual reconstruction model to observe and analyze liver cancer cases;2.Preoperative evaluation and surgical planning were performed using 3D visual reconstruction technology;3.Analysis of the effect and significance on 3D visualization reconstruction in clinical surgical efficacy4.To explore other applications of 3D visualization liver reconstruction technology in liver surgery.Methods:In this study,60 patients with primary liver cancer were treated of Hepatobiliary Surgery of the Second Hospital of Jilin University between July 2018 and December 2020 were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The patients were randomly divided into 3D group(n = 24)and 2D group(n = 36).The thin scan CT data of 24 patients in the 3D group were used for liver visualization 3D reconstruction using the reconstruction system.Advantages and disadvantages of 3D visualization liver reconstruction with 2D group in liver,tumor and related arteriovenous display were compared and analyzed.The significance and application of 3D Vision Reconstruction Technology in surgical planning were discussed through 3D vision reconstruction model.The surgical data of the enrolled patients were collected,and the differences in clinical surgical data between the 3D group and the 2D group were compared and analyzed to evaluate the impact of 3D visual reconstruction on the clinical surgical efficacy.To further explore the clinical application of3 D visualization reconstruction technology combined with 3D printing technology,we selected a patient to materialize the 3D model through 3D printing.,the three-dimensional digital model and three-dimensional printing model are fully applied to the practice of clinical doctor-patient communication and medical teaching and training,and the application and significance of three-dimensional visual reconstruction technology in clinical doctor-patient communication and medical teaching and training are discussed.Results:Compared with traditional 2D CT images,3D visual reconstruction model has many advantages.1.3D visual reconstruction images can be used to observe the liver,tumor and adjacent vascular system intuitively and clearly.2.The three-dimensional visualization reconstruction model of liver is more precise for the reconstruction and display of vascular system.3.The Mimics 21.0 reconstruction software can add false color and transparent processing to the reconstruction model.4.3D visual reconstruction can make use of its own advantages to achieve accurate and effective preoperative evaluation and visual surgical planning.In the comparative analysis of the surgical data of patients,there were significant differences in the amount of intraoperative blood loss,blood transfusion and operation time between the 3D group and the 2D group,indicating that the use of 3D visual reconstruction model can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion to a certain extent,and shorten the operation time.In the analysis of postoperative data,direct bilirubin(66.2± 16.2umol /L),indirect bilirubin(37.2± 12.6umol /L)and serum albumin(30.5± 3.2g/L)in the 3D group were all superior to those in the 2D group,showing significant differences,indicating that the clinical application of 3D visualization reconstruction technology is beneficial to the recovery of postoperative liver function.In addition,1 patient was selected to materialize the 3D visual reconstruction model through 3D printing,and the stitching structure was carefully designed,so that the 3D visual reconstruction technology could play an important role in the clinical doctor-patient communication and medical teaching and training center.Conclusion:1.Compared with the traditional CT images,the three-dimensional visual liver reconstruction images are more accurate in the three-dimensional display position of liver,tumor,arteriovenous and related tissues and organs.2.The three-dimensional visualization reconstruction model of liver can help doctors to evaluate the condition before operation and plan the operation plan reasonably.3.The three-dimensional visualization reconstruction technology can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion and shorten the operation time for the patients who are suitable for hepatic segment resection.It can reduce liver injury and is beneficial to the recovery of liver function after operation.4.3D visualization reconstruction technology of liver combined with 3D printing can visually display the anatomical structure of liver and related systems,providing a new model for guiding medical teaching.Liver reconstruction of 3D visualization technology can accurately reconstruct the liver vascular system based on the two-dimensional CT images,by which the liver can be reasonably divided.It provides a reasonable and reliable basis for preoperative evaluation and surgical planning of 3D visual reconstruction technology.Improve the safety and effectiveness of hepatectomy further and point out the direction for the development of precision hepatectomy. |
