Objective: In this study, the correlation between different TCM syndromes of interstitial lung disease and lung function,six-minute walking distance, dyspnea and fatigue score was summarized and analyzed to provide basis for clinical individualized treatment. Methods: The general data,TCM syndromes, laboratory serological examination, lung function,6-minute walk test results and other clinical data of 300 hospitalized patients with interstitial lung disease were analyzed retrospectively. Results: A total of 300 cases were collected, including 161 females,Male: 139cases;121 were smokers,179 were non-smokers,151 were overweight and 149 were normal weight. The positive expression rate of laboratory serological antibodies was the highest in ANA,and there was a significant statistical difference among the groups.Among them, gender, smoking and pulmonary function indexes FEV1,FVC,TLC,DLCO were correlated, obesity and pulmonary function indexes FEV1/FVC% were correlated.2.TCM syndromes were classified as cold drink infused lung, lung collaterals obstruction syndrome(94 cases),spleen via infused fire,phlegm-heat accumulation syndrome(119cases),damp-heat accumulation syndrome(14 cases),lung-kidney Yin deficiency, lung collaterals obstruction syndrome(13 cases),stomach dampness-heat,phlegm-water biz-lung syndrome(34 cases),lung-kidney deficiency cold,phlegm-blood stasis obstruction syndrome(26 cases). In different syndromes, lung function indexes FVC and TLC had significant statistical differences(P < 0.05),and TLC had significant correlation.FEV1,FEV1/FVC%,FEV1%,FVC% and DLCO have no correlation; In the empirical study,TCM syndromes were correlated with FEV1,FVC% and TLC,and significantly correlated with TLC.FVC,FEV1/FVC%,FEV1% and DLCO% had no correlation.5.Six minute walking distance under different TCM syndromes(M): lung and kidney Yin deficiency>lung collateral obstruction syndrome>lung and kidney dampness and heat>phlegm and blood stasis syndrome>lung and kidney deficiency and cold>phlegm and blood stasis syndrome>phlegm and heat accumulation syndrome>cold drink accumulation in lung>lung collateral obstruction syndrome>dampness and heat accumulation in three coke syndrome,P>0.05,there was no significant statistical difference6.There was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation scores, dyspnea and fatigue scores under different TCM syndromes.Conclusion:1,ILD patients in the incidence of female than male, suggesting that the majority of female patients, interstitial lung disease in the different TCM syndromes of spleen through the accumulation of fire, phlegm heat intrinsic syndrome accounted for the largest proportion, syndrome differentiation in spleen through the accumulation of fire, phlegm heat intrinsic syndrome;2.There was a certain correlation between lung function indexes and TCM syndromes of interstitial lung disease, and the severity of the disease could be inferred, but there was no correlation between 6-minute walking distance, changes in blood oxygen saturation fraction, dyspnea and fatigue scores, and antibody positive expression rate in laboratory serology. However,it can be seen that the six-minute walking distance of the dampness and heat accumulation in the syndrome of three Jiao is the shortest, and the dyspnea is aggravated and the prognosis is poor.3.Smoking,gender,obesity and other factors in interstitial lung disease are correlated with lung function indexes, which can be seen that obesity and smoking have a certain influence on the prognosis of the disease.
