Discussion On The Curative Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With External Medicine In The Treatment Of RVVC Based On The Ways To Reinforcing Body Resistance To Eminate Pathogens

Obejctive: To observe the clinical efficacy and recurrence of Guqi Lishi Decoction combined with Nifuratel and Nystatin Vaginal Ointment in the treatment of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis.Method: The 69 patients who met the criteria for entry were randomly divided into the test group with 35 cases and the control group with 34 cases.According to statistics after treatment,30 cases in each of the last two groups completed the observation.The test group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Guqi Lishi Decoction orally and combined with Nifuratel and Nystatin Vaginal Ointment for external use,and the control group was given Nifuratel and Nystatin Vaginal Ointment for external use.The two groups were treated for 7 consecutive days(1 course of treatment)from the day of treatment,and then treated for another 7 days after the end of menstruation,for 3 consecutive courses of treatment.The curative effect and recurrence rate of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results: 1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(80%),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.Through treatment,the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%).The difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).3.After treatment,the TCM symptoms of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment(P <0.05),but the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious(P <0.01).The two groups had similar effects in improving local symptoms of vulva and vagina(P <0.05);but the experimental group was better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms(P <0.05).4.Comparison of recurrence rate: 15 days after drug withdrawal,the recurrence rates of the test group at 1 month and 3 months were 0%,3.6% and 7.1%,respectively,and the cumulative recurrence rate was 10.71%.The recurrence rate of the control group was 4.2%,8.3% and 33.3%,and the cumulative recurrence rate was 45.83%.After comparative analysis,there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups on the 15 th day and 1 month after stopping the drug(P>0.05).Three months after stopping the drug,the recurrence rate and total recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).In conclusion: Guqi Lishi Decoction combined with Nifuratel and Nystatin Vaginal Ointment is more effective than the single use of Nifuratel and Nystatin Vaginal Ointment in the treatment of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the accompanying symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and has a longer-acting drug effect and a lower recurrence rate.
